Jen McLaughlin sets Dare to Run, the first book in her new Sons of Steel Row series against the backdrop of Boston, Massachusetts. I was curious after reading the synopsis and the cover sealed the deal. Dare to Run was intense, dark, funny, and full of feels as we enter the world of the Boston criminal gangs and meet our dark hero Lucas Donahue.
Unraveled by Jennifer Dawson
Unraveled by Jennifer Dawson is a novella in the Undone series. Dawson brings us substance, as this is a lengthier novella at one hundred and thirty-nine pages. While I loved seeing the previous couples, it was Ruby and Chad that left me craving more.
Reads for the Holidays
Today I am sharing two holiday reads that will curl your toes and pull at your heartstrings. A Bad Boy for Christmas by Jessica Lemmon, an author I get enough of and Unwrapped by Katie Lane. This was my first read by Katie but it will not be my last. Go grab some hot cocoa and settle in for my reviews. You are going to want to snuggle up with these titles.
Fighting for Devlin by Jessica Lemmon
Ah, I love Jessica Lemmon and always manage to become caught up in the stories she writes. Fighting for Devlin the first in her Lost Boys series grabbed me from the onset and ready to save Devlin. Swoons, feels and heat made Fighting for Devlin the perfect evening escape.
One King’s Way by Samantha Young
One King’s Way by Samantha Young is a novella that takes us back to the bar where the series On Dublin Street began and shares with us the romances of bartender Craig Lanaghan. Some of you may remember Craig and his outrageous flirting and smoking hot good looks. While this is #6.5 in the On Dublin Street series, this novella will work as a standalone.
