I am continuing the Psy-Changeling series with book two Visions of Heat by Nalini Singh. She has created a world with changelings (shifters), humans and Psy who live connected mentally to a hive network. Visions of Heat delivered an action packed paranormal romantic suspense filled with suspense and heat. Singh pulls you into the story and you quickly find yourself immersed in this world.
Nobody But You by Jill Shalvis
Psst…. Until Nobody But Me, I had never read a Jill Shalvis book. *blinks* I know crazy right. Peeps kept telling me how wonderful her books were. So yes, I jumped in on book three of the Cedar Ridge books. Sometimes you just have to take the plunge. Nobody But You was a delicious book to try with swoon-worthy characters are just the right amount of heat.
As Good As New by Jennifer Dawson
As Good As New by Jennifer Dawson is the fourth book in the Something New series and I devoured it in one sitting. I love second chance romances and Dawson delivered. As Good As New had a swoon-worthy tormented hero, family and a sizzling hot romance.
Darkness Dawns by Dianne Duvall
Darkness Dawns by Dianne Duvall is the first book in the Immortal Guardians paranormal romantic suspense series. I actually came to this series with Darkness Rises, book four, and have since read five, and six. It was good going back to the beginning. Darkness Dawns was a hot, action-packed story that delivered the perfect escape read.
The One You Want by Gena Showalter
The One You Want by Gena Showalter is book 0.5 in the Original Heartbreakers series. I listened to the story narrated by Savannah Richards. I loved the small-town setting and concept, but The One You Want felt too over the top and ended up falling short for me.
