SEAL’s Honor by Megan Crane is the first novel in the romantic suspense series, Alaska Force. The promise of military men, an Alaskan setting and some romantic suspense had me diving into this SEAL’s Honor. The tale that unfolded offered romance, humor, character growth and plenty of suspense. It left me eager for more stories about the men who make up the special ops unit known as Alaska Force.
I tend to be an eclectic reader and often follow my moods. After several reviews from fellow bloggers, I began the School for Dukes series by Lenora Bell and dove headfirst into What a Difference a Duke Makes. I had the most splendid time with this hero and feisty heroine.

We are back on Widow’s Island and this time the focus is on Deputy Tessa Black. When an artistic newcomer is found dead, Tessa along with the help of Park Ranger Logan Wilde search for a murderer on the island.
When you need an Ilona Andrews fix and find an old novella on your Kindle! Somehow I bought Origins in 2016, in fact on its release date and then forgot about it. This was a fast-paced off planet tale that left me craving more.
Love and Other Wild Things by Molly Harper was another wild trip to Mystic Bayou, and I found a hundred and one reasons to keep my headphones on as I devoured this. I laughed until I had tears, gasped aloud, and dreamed about the perfect slice of pie.
