Each year I make it a point to grab Debbie Macomber’s holiday book. It always gets me excited for the holidays and I soon find myself singing carols. This year I chose to listen to the book on audio. Twelves Days of Christmas narrated by Suzanne Elise Freeman shared a delightful romance featuring a blogger and her grumpy neighbor. Realistic, heartwarming and filled with friends and characters I would love to learn more about, this standalone novel delivered character growth, discovery and a touch of romance.

When All The Girls Have Gone by Jayne Ann Krentz

When All the Girls Have Gone is a standalone romantic suspense by Jayne Anne Krentz. I am a long time fan and read both her novels and those penned by her pseudonyms Jayne Castle and Amanda Quick. While I enjoyed this murder mystery that involves a 15-year-old rape case, it didn’t quite capture me like most Krentz books.
