A desperate sister and an injured soldier lead to a fake marriage in this delicious tale that takes us from the London countryside to the English colonies. Quinn delivered a believable romance with characters you cannot help falling for.
DYING BREATH by Heather Graham is the twenty-first novel in the Krewe of Hunters series, but don’t let that discourage you as each book works as a standalone. Graham takes us to Boston, Massuchest and delivers creepy murders where victims are buried alive. Historical tidbits, a race to solve clues and a side dish of romance made this paranormal romance a page turner.
Wahoo! Do I love the writing team that is Ilona Andrews? You’re darn tooting I do. It felt like we waited forever for WHITE HOT the second novel in the Hidden Legacy series, but oh man it was worth the wait! Intense and kick-ass with an excellent side of swoon!
BECAUSE OF MISS BRIDGERTON by Julia Quinn is the first novel in a prequel series to the Bridgeton series featuring the Rokesbys family. Filled with snark and hilarious banter that has become the signature mark of Quinn’s writing I delighted in the antics of Billie and George.
