The Art of Theft by Sherry Thomas is the fourth book in the Lady Sherlock series and once again I listened to the delightful narration by Kate Reading. Thomas took us on quite the adventure as Charlotte Holmes and her motley crew of friends attempt to pull off a heist!
Days Gone Bad is the first audiobook in the Vesik series. Zany, suspenseful and filled with plenty of supernatural creatures I had fun listening to the narration by William Dufris.
Shadow of Doubt by Hailey Edwards is the first novel in the Potentate of Atlanta series. While this is a spin-off and features a complicated secondary character from The Beginner’s Guide to Necromancy, I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and entertaining this was
Taken in the third audiobook in the Alex Verus series by Benedict Jacka. Narrated by Gildart Jackson, Taken was an addictive, action-packed tale as Alex and young Mage apprentices try to solve a rather cunning mystery.
