I’ve only listened to a novella by Molly Harper, and blogging friends have encouraged me to try more, so when How to Date Your Dragon, the first in the Mystic Bayou series became available I knew it was time. I am so glad that I did. I loved the town of Mystic Bayou, and it’s inhabitants. Harper quickly pulled me in, as did the stellar narration.
I adored Sweet Tea and Sympathy by Molly Harper, book one in the Southern Eclectic series, so it only made sense to read the prequel novella, Save a Truck, Ride a Redneck. The story shares a second chance romance and introduces us to the wild and zany folks of Lake Sackett, Georgia.

I love paranormal woo-woo with haunted houses, family lore and island settings. Harper offered up a simple, entertaining tale that will have you rooting for the characters and wanting to defuse a ghost.
