End of Watch by Stephen King is the final book in the Bill Hodges trilogy and it was brilliant. I love King’s work from his classic horror to his twisted tales of supernatural suspense. The Bill Hodges series was the perfect blend of both. I continued listening to audio with End of Watch. Will Patton once again narrated, and I love listening to him. Suspenseful and twisted End of Watch had me holding my breath, shivering and wiping tears from eyes.
Into the Light by Aleatha Romig
Into the Light written by Aleatha Romig, is the first novel in The Light series a dark mystery thriller surrounding a cult, murder and missing woman. After Braine @ Talk Supe introduced me to the series, I was delighted to be able to review the audiobook. Narrated by Kevin T. Collins, Erin deWard and Noah Michael Levine, Aleatha Romig took me on one heck of a thrilling ride.
The Hatching by Ezekiel Boone
Forget zombies! Spiders are going to rise and WE ALL GONNA DIE. The Hatching by Ezekiel Boone is the first novel in a new terrifying series. Turn the lights on, check for spiders and awaken your darkest fear.
Into the Blue by Chanel Cleeton
Into the Blue by Chanel Cleeton is the second novel in the Wild Aces series about a crew of F-16 pilots and their romances. While each book will work as a standalone, the camaraderie between these men adds an element best enjoyed in order. Into the Blue delivered a heated second chance romance with depth as it brilliantly highlights issues regarding PTSD.
Lowcountry Stranger by Ashley Farley
Lowcountry Stranger by Ashley Farley is the second novel in the Sweeney Sisters series. Once again we join Faith, Jackie, Sam and their circle of family and friends as they deal with love, family and the daily challenges found in this coastal town. Farley weaved suspense and drama into the tale with the arrival of a stranger in Prospect.
