Please Ms. Grant may I have another? The Newsflesh trilogy and all the short stories set in this world are among my favorite books, so when I learned Feedback would be a new full-length novel set in the Newsflesh world I may have done a little dance in my kitchen. Feedback (Newsflesh #4) takes place during the same period as Feed the first book in the trilogy. It introduces us to a new group of reporters, and like everything Grant touches, it was gold.
Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff is the second book in the riveting Illuminae Files. This young adult science fiction thriller takes us into deep space as it delivers non-stop action.
A Promise of Fire by Amanda Bouchet
I listened to A Promise of Fire the first book in the Kingmaker Chronicles written by Amanda Bouchet and narrated by Mia Barron. It was brilliant, addictive, funny, and romantic. I need more of these characters and world now!
Darkest Journey by Heather Graham
Darkest Journey is the twentieth book in Heather Graham’s Krewe of Hunters series, but each book contains a new murder-mystery and romantic couple. Civil War reenactors, a second chance romance, history and ghostly intervention await you Darkest Journey.
Shadow Silence by Yasmine Galenorn
Shadow Silence is the second book in the Whisper Hollow fantasy series by Yasmine Galenorn. While it looks like this is the last book in the series to be published by Berkeley/NAL, Galenorn plans to continue the series and I could not be more thrilled. From the town on Crescent Lake known as Whisper Hollow to the folklore I love this series and its characters.
