Restless Rancher by Jennifer Ryan is the second novel in the Wild Rose Ranch series featuring sisters raised at a brothel where their mamas worked. After reading the sneak peek in the back of Dirty Secrets I was anxious to dive in. Ryan delivered with banter, swoons and more.
Spellbound by Dannika Dark is the eighth audiobook in the Crossbreed urban fantasy series narrated by Nicole Poole. This is one of my auto-buy author and one I couldn’t wait to devour. After a cliffhanger ending in Moonstruck and a POV change, I was all in. Refreshing and enlightening, this series never gets old!
Between Floors by W.R. Gingell is the third audiobook in the City Between urban fantasy series. I love listening to the narrations performed by Zehra Jane Naqvi. When one of the psychos she lives with goes missing, Pet naturally gets involved. Darker, twisted and addictive this series gets better and better!
When I saw the premise for The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams, I knew that I had to read it and that gut feeling paid off. The tale delivered a hilarious, heart-warming story about a group of men who help a teammate save his marriage using romance novels as their guide.
Aurora Blazing by Jessie Mihalik is the second audiobook in the Consortium Rebellion series. Intense action, snark, swoons and negotiations made for one helluva an addictive listen.
Today I am back with the next two novellas in the Widow’s Island series by Melinda Leigh and Kendra Elliot. While each book contains a murder-mystery case, the romantic arc and overall cold case is best read in order of the novellas release dates. Grab a cup of coffee and check out my reviews.
Full Throttle by Joe Hill is a collection of short stories. Some date back to 2006 and others are new never seen before. Of course I grabbed my earbuds and listened thanks to the fantastic cast of characters. Let’s hit the road and check out these tales…
Shadow Hunter by B.R. Kingsolver is the first audiobook in the Rosie O’Grady’s Paranormal Bar and Grill urban fantasy series and it’s narrated by Madeleine Dauer. It offered an interesting premise, new beginnings and enough bite to have me looking for the next audiobook in the series.
