Sweet Romance- √ Low drama- √ Great characters √. Cora Carmack’s new Rusk University series begins with All Lined Up and you are going to want to add it to your TBR pile. Cormack delivers a refreshing new adult novel without the stereotypical characters we usually find. Instead, it offers two sweet, level-headed characters in a delightful coming of age tale with romantic moments to make you swoon and giggle.
Phoenix Rising by Pip Ballantine & Tee Morris
Phoenix Rising the first book in the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences by Pip Ballantine and Tee Morris. I found it to be brilliant on audio. From the narrator to the steampunk I was swept up in the action. Mini review: Fantastic characters, brilliant steampunk and a plot that kept me thoroughly entertained.
Make You Mine by Macy Beckett
In ninety-nine years none of the Dumont men have ever married and the folks in Cedar Bayou, Louisiana will tell you a voodoo hex was cast upon them by the Mauvais family. Yeah baby! When I read the synopsis to Make You Mine, the first book in the Dumont Bachelors series, by Macy Beckett, I knew I had to read it. Voodoo, southern charm, pastries and forbidden romance made this tale positively delightful. Checkout my Coffee Date review with Make You Mine……
Keeper of the Bride by Tess Gerristen

Giving In by Maya Banks
I read Letting Go by Mira Banks the first in her Surrender trilogy and struggled to completely connect with characters. When I learned that Giving In would be Kylie’s story, I knew that I had to read it. With a childhood, steeped in violence and her skittish, attitude, I could not imagine her in a BDMS relationship. Banks delivered a heart-warming story with two damaged characters and I found myself rooting for this impossible romance.
