Unraveled by Jennifer Dawson is a novella in the Undone series. Dawson brings us substance, as this is a lengthier novella at one hundred and thirty-nine pages. While I loved seeing the previous couples, it was Ruby and Chad that left me craving more.
Forgotten Promises by Jessica Lemmon
Forgotten Promises by Jessica Lemmon is book #1.5 in her Lost Boys series. Forgotten Promises offers a heart-breaking story with a flawed, damaged hero who will anger you and have you wanting to heal him all in the same breath. Lemmon continues to amazing me with her unique storylines.
Wickedly Ever After by Deborah Blake
I was excited to read the novella Wickedly Ever After by Deborah Blake. It is book 2.5 in the Baba Yaga urban fantasy series and features Barbara Yager from book one, Wickedly Dangerous. Seeking the Queen’s approval to wed Sheriff Liam McClellan they travel to the Otherworld and the tale that unfolded quickly drew me in.
Clear: A Death Trippers Novel by Jessica Park
I went into Clear: A Death Trippers Novel by Jessica Park was a trippy, unique, suspenseful story with a paranormal element I have not yet encountered. The synopsis promises a romance a thriller and a paranormal that crosses genres and Park succeeded in that.
The Frost Maiden’s Kiss by Claire Delacroix
The Frost Maiden’s Kiss by Claire Delacroix is the third novel in the True Love Brides series and was narrated by the talented Saskia Maarleveld. Delacroix takes us to Ravensmuir where Malcolm has returned to rebuild his ancestral home before time runs out. Engaging, surprising and filled with twist I found myself enchanted by The Frost Maiden’s Kiss.
