MASKED POSSESSION is the first novel in the Masked Arcana paranormal romance series by Alana Delacroix. From its brilliant world building to sizzling romance I fell hard. This was my first read by Delacroix, but it won’t be my last.
The Knocked up Plan by Lauren Blakely
THE KNOCKED UP PLAN, written by Lauren Blakley and narrated by Sebastian York, and Andi Arndt, was the perfect summer romantic comedy. I love “arrangement” tropes, and Blakely delivered. Miscommunication, adorable pets, and two flawed characters had me devouring this in two listens.
The Strange Case of the Alchemist’s Daughter by Theodora Goss
THE STRANGE CASE OF THE ALCHEMIST’S DAUGHTER written by Theodora Goss and narrated by Kate Reading was an addictive story featuring the daughters of some of Literature’s most famous science fiction and horror characters. Mystery, humor, and twists aplenty make this a worthy listen.
Devil’s Cut by J.R. Ward
DEVIL’S CUT by J.R. Ward brilliantly concludes the Bourbon Kings series. This beautiful, page-turning saga held me captive. It features the Bradford family and their Bourbon dynasty which is poised to collapse amidst scandal, murder, and betrayal.
Saving Mr. Perfect by Tamara Morgan
SAVING MR. PERFECT by Tamara Morgan is the second novel in the Penelope Blue series about a thief who married an FBI agent. Filled with humor, snark and a string of burglaries Morgan had me flipping the pages, laughing aloud and enjoying this quirky cast of characters.
