A dual POV, diversity and miscommunication gave way to a timeless romance in Modern Love by Beau North. Narrated by Becci Martin, this short story quickly pulled me in with it’s complex characters and banter.
It’s In His Kiss by Julia Quinn, narrated by Simon Prebble is the seventh Bridgerton novel and shares the romance of Hyacinth, the youngest and most outspoken of the siblings. A diary, hidden jewels and wicked banter made this tale delightful.

Love and Mutiny: Tales from British India by Anne George is a rich, historical fiction that brought 1857 to life civil unrest and offered a romance filled with delicious banter. I was drawn to the book by its promise of history regarding India and the East India Company and was rewarded with a well researched and delightful tale.
Murder, a stellar narrator, and a girl with two-hearts how could I resist The Impossible Girl by Lydia King? A brilliant tale from start to finish I quickly became caught up in Cora’s tale. Fans of historical fiction, romance, suspense and murder-mysteries will want to grab a copy.
