I forgot to share my February progress last week. For the month of February, I read/listened to 17 books. Challenge Progress: Goodreads- 41/150, Audiobook -23, Library Love- 5/12. I am still finding comfort in re-listens of series I love, but also discovering new authors. The Royals are off from school Thursday and Friday for end of term. We went to Sophia’s last basketball game this weekend, and all three grandkids will play baseball this spring. Stay caffeinated & spread kindness.

Looks like you are going to be leveling up on some of those challenge numbers. Way to go on your monthly totals. Fun that you’ll be able to watch all three of the grands in baseball this spring.

Ah I’m so glad to see you got the Strixhaven book, I’ve been reading Magic the Gathering stories for a while and I really am excited for this one and I trust it will be good because I like Seanan McGuire’s writing! (Last MTG book I read was so disappointing). Also, Stay for a Spell sounds amazing.

Looks like some fun magical book covers! After reading about all the good ones you finish, I started listening to audiobooks from Libby on my commute 🙂 I finished The House on Mango Street (5 stars, read by the author), Animal Farm (4 stars), and I’m working through Matthew Perry’s book now.

You made some great progress on your February challenges! It’s wonderful that the Royals enjoyed basketball so much and plan to stick with it—there’s nothing quite like the energy of kids’ sports. I really enjoyed the reviews you shared this past week. That book haul looks fantastic. Have a wonderful week and happy reading!
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
