I also had a quiet New Year’s at home. The kids came over New year’s Day and we had dinner together and played a couple of games they received for Christmas. I love family board game time. Happy New Year, Kimberly.

We also had a quiet New Year’s Eve. I’m pretty sure that’s the best kind! I hope you’ve had a great start to the year and happy reading!

we rang in the new year at home as well though spent time with extended family a day later to start off this year.. that is a good amount of reading in dec!!

You had a fabulous reading year! 🎉🎉🎉

It was quiet for the New Year here, too. My son didn’t go anywhere either. He stayed home with me. ☺

Wow, more than 100 books over your goal is awesome! I used to read over 200 books a year, but the last few years haven’t gone as well. So I’m keeping my goal low, in fact setting it lower this year than last year, as I want to read more of my TBR and if I don’t have a set date due for a review I tend to take a little longer to read them it seems. Have a great week!

  6. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Ooh nicely done on your challenges! That’s fantastic! We had a nice quiet New Years as well.

Nice new reads too! I actually just read House of Idyll to help up my TBR book challenge and really liked it! Love how weird and sinister Dawson’s books have been lately!

    Here’s my StS

    Have a GREAT day!
