On Saturday, Mr. Caffeinated and I wrapped all the Christmas gifts for the family and placed them under the tree. I have been on antibiotics for sinus and ear infections since Monday, and while I am still congested and clammy, I am slowly improving. The Royals are officially on school break until January 7th. We are going to bake cookies this week and celebrate Christmas on Friday. Stay Caffeinated, spread kindness and if you are able, donate to your local food bank.

Have fun baking cookies Kimberly! I will enter the audiobook challenge and publish my results on the 25th! I hope I won’t forget to link back to your post to enter the giveaway 😉 I am already wishing you a Merry Christmas!

I’m glad the antibiotics are helping. I’m struggling to get over a cold myself and think I’m on the tail end of it. I need to do my 2026 Audiobook Challenge post! It’s probably going to be the only challenge I meet this year.

Glad you’re at least getting to feeling better! I have several Christmas get togethers this week, and have almost everything wrapped. I have a few gifts that are supposed to arrive from Amazon on Monday, so fingers crossed1. I saw that new Dresden Files book, need to tell my aunt’s boyfriend about it as he likes those! Have a great week and happy holidays!

Way to go! I’m taking each of my two kids shopping this weekend, then need to find time to wrap. Nothing will go under the tree til hubs is done having company over for dinner on Tuesday 🙂

  6. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Oh no. Glad you’re feeling a little better but still bummer to be sick this time of year. I had some sort of head cold earlier this week just in time for my birthday, but luckily it didn’t last super long as I was feeling mostly better later in the week. We’re hoping to do our cookie baking on Tuesday this week. Feels like we’re cutting it close, but that’s the best day to do it this year! Lol.

Nice new read! Still have not read this author beyond a short story or two! Hope you enjoy this one once you get to read it!

    Here’s my StS

    Have a GREAT day!

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. Baking and Christmas on Friday sounds a good plan.
