Waiting for You by Jennifer Ryan– This is a second chance romance, and I liked that the characters have some history. Rancher Grant Devane pushed Taylor Larson away thinking he was doing the right thing and has lived with the regret. Now that Taylor is back in town he will do whatever it takes for a second chance. This was a sweet and funny, feel good-romance that made me smile from ear to ear.
Sweet Fortune by Candis Terry– Over the summer I read and shared my thoughts on Anything But Sweet a romance set in Sweet, Texas. This tale takes us back to Sweet, Texas and totally works as a standalone. It shares the romance between, Sarah Randall and Deputy Brady Bennett. Sarah decides to change her fate after reading a fortune cookie and the tale that unfolded was sweet and tender with moments that made me giggle. Terry brings the small town to life and this is the perfect opportunity to visit.
Major League Crush by Jennifer Season– this was perhaps my favorite because it involves a nerdy girl and swoon-worthy baseball player. While it had a little insta-love, the couple unknowingly shared a history that was unique. I laughed so hard at moments I had tears in my eyes. Bertie with her mouse slippers and foot in mouth comments made me giddy. I closed this one with a huge smile.
If you are looking for a light, fun, sweet romances with happily ever after moments Confessions of A Secret Admirer is sure to put a smile on your face. If you haven’t tried these authors this is the perfect book to test them out. Each tells felt complete although this gal would always love more. The book has several previews and samples of upcoming novels to try as well.
