A House in Shadow by Erica Damon proved to be a twisty thriller with supernatural elements that hooked me. I recommend going in cold and sticking with it, even when you want to hurl your Kindle across the room. I will keep my review short and spoiler free.

Totality by Kim Harrison is the second audiobook in the Eclipsed Evolution audio first trilogy. First contact has been established with demonic looking Neighbors who claim to be trying to save their dying planet. A tense, addictive tale narrated by Xe Sands that kept me on edge and eager for more.
It was good to travel off planet to Harmony again in Jayne Ann Krentz’s newest novel, People in Glass Houses, writing as Jayne Castle. Molly Griffin, a talented crystal artist, is looking for the Tarnished Knight to find her sister. The two must work together and perhaps discover more.
