Sanctuary by Ilona Andrews is the first novella in the Roman’s Chronicles. I listened to the audiobook version, narrated by Chris Brinkley and throughly enjoyed spending Koliada, the Winter Festival, with him as he protects a young boy. Action-packed and laced with humor and heart Andrews delivered!
Tidal Creatures by Seanan McGuire
Seanan McGuire is an autobuy for me, both in audio and hardcover. I was so excited to continue the Alchemical Journeys series with book three Tidal Creatures. It was worth the wait! McGuire gave us an unputdownable story as we head to the Impossible City.
Cult Classic by Stephen Blackmoore
Cult Classic by Stephen Blackmoore is the ninth and final audiobook of the gritty Eric Carter urban fantasy series. Narrated by Rudy Sanda, Eric is hunting the Oracle of Las Vegas. Time magic, a cult and a spell to raise the dead have our necromancer very busy in this addictive story.
Indian Burial Ground by Nick Medina
I was curious to dive into a horror story with an indigenous mythology. Indian Burial Ground by Nick Medina. With its dual timelines and building horror, the author delivers an eerie tale you’ll remember long after you’ve closed the book.
Hate Machine by Stephen Blackmoore
Narrated by Rudy Sanda, Hate Machine by Stephen Blackmoore is the eighth audiobook in the Eric Carter series. Blackmoore delivers with non-stop action as Eric tries to locate the Oracle of Las Vegas to help Gabriela get her soul back. Grab an iced coffee and see why I am enjoying this urban fantasy series.
