In the seventh Sam Quinn urban fantasy audiobook, The Bloody Ruin Asylum and Taproom by Seana Kelly, we are off to Budapest where Clive will interview for a position in the Guild, a council of thirteen vampires who advise the world’s Masters. Things are right with the ghosts at the asylum and the local weres aren’t happy that Sam & Clive are there. Narrated by Samantha Desa, Kelly delivered a nail-biting tale with snark, and plenty of danger.
Candle & Crow by Kevin Hearne
Candle & Crow by Kevin Hearne is the third and final audiobook in the Ink & Sigil series. As a huge fan of Hearne and The Iron Druid Chronicles, I have loved this series set within the same world. While I own the hardcovers, I had to listen to the talented narrations of Luke Daniels. I highly recommend binge listening to the series.
Born of Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Born of Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout brings us the exciting conclusion to the Flesh and Fire romantasy series narrated by Stina Nielsen. Battles, surprises and swoons await you.
Sanctuary by Ilona Andrews
Sanctuary by Ilona Andrews is the first novella in the Roman’s Chronicles. I listened to the audiobook version, narrated by Chris Brinkley and throughly enjoyed spending Koliada, the Winter Festival, with him as he protects a young boy. Action-packed and laced with humor and heart Andrews delivered!
Tidal Creatures by Seanan McGuire
Seanan McGuire is an autobuy for me, both in audio and hardcover. I was so excited to continue the Alchemical Journeys series with book three Tidal Creatures. It was worth the wait! McGuire gave us an unputdownable story as we head to the Impossible City.
