I grabbed The Third to Die by Allison Brennan, the first audiobook in the Quinn & Costa crime thriller, after reading a review from a fellow blogger. She listened to a book later in the series. While Costa isn’t Italian, we share the same last name. The tale involves a serial killer who has plagued the Mobile Response Team lead by FBI special agent Mathias Costa.
Murder at Queen’s Landing by Andrea Penrose
Charlotte and Wrexford investigate the world of finance to exonerate siblings while exploring their own feelings in Murder at Queen’s Landing by Andrea Penrose. This is the fourth audiobook in the historical murder-mystery series Wrexford & Sloane and narrated by the talented James Cameron Stewart. Grab a cup of tea and see why I am obsessed with this amateur detective duo.
Detective Death by Darius Ebrahimi
I loved the idea of a Sherlock Holmes mystery where Watson is a demon and settled in with Detective Death by Darius Ebrahimi. Mythology meets mystery in this clever tale that stitches together several murder-mysteries involving myths. A clever tale awaits you….
Murder at Kensington Palace by Andrea Penrose
In Murder at Kensington Palace by Andrea Penrose Wrexford and Sloane have another murder-mystery to solve. James Cameron Stewart voiced the story, and once again, I was mesmerized by the puzzle, personalities, and romance.
The Poisoner’s Ring by Kelley Armstrong
I am loving Kelley Armstrong’s historical time travels and was fortunate enough to receive advanced copies of both the book & audiobook. The Poisoner’s Ring is the second novel in the Rip Through Time series featuring a young detective who finds herself stuck in Edinburgh, 1869. An exciting mystery and danger await you in this fast-paced, twisty tale.
