It’s no secret that I absolutely love the Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells narrated by Kevin R. Free. So when one of the shorts became available I had to listen. At just under an hour, Wells offers a glimpse into a mission involving ART, Iris, Tarik, and Matteo.
Narrated by Kevin R. Free, Platform Decay by Martha Wells delivered the newest installment with my favorite SecUnit, Murderbot. Murderbot is on a rescue mission, and there may be feelings involved!
The Emilie Adventures by Martha Wells offers two novel-length YA steampunk adventures that delivered adventures below the sea and above as young Emilie, a stowaway, embarks on an epic adventure. You won’t want to miss these daring adventures with our young hero!
The Book of Ile-Rien by Martha Wells contains books one & two of Ile-Rien series, The Element of Fire & The Death of the Necromancer. These are a revised version and brilliantly told from troubles within the castle court to an embittered nobleman out for revenge. I completely lost myself in this world and stories.
I love the Murderbot series and was excited to try the updated and revised edition of City of Bones by Martha Wells. I loved Khat, Sagai, and Elen and their adventures in the city of Charisat, a tiered monolith of the Ancients’ design, that sits on the edge of the vast desert known as the Waste. From the world-building to the characters, I was enthralled.
