Come to Me Recklessly is the third book in the Closer to You series by A. L. Jackson and while it will work as a standalone. I recommend reading them in order. Jackson has taken us on quite the ride and I was anxious for Christopher Moore’s story. It has been obvious throughout the series that Christopher is avoiding painful issues of the heart and in Come to Me, his past meets his present. The tale was emotional, heartwarming and bittersweet. Despite a personal hurdle for me, I enjoyed Come to Me Recklessly and all of its feels.
When We Met by A.L. Jackson, Molly McAdams, Tiffany King, and Christina Lee
When We Met, features four romantic short stories involving different girls. They all live off campus together in their junior year of college in Michigan. This New Adult anthology features authors A.L. Jackson, Molly McAdams, Tiffany King and Christina Lee. Romances with all of the feels, I enjoyed meeting these girls, and trying a few new to me authors.
Come to Me Softly by A.L. Jackson
Earlier this year I consumed Closer to You by A. L. Jackson and fell hard for her characters. It was a beautiful, turbulent start to Jared Holt and Aly Moore’s relationship. I was anxious to see how things developed in Come to Me Softly. I was worried it would be drama filled, but Jackson gave her characters depth and allowed them to grow. I quickly became lost within the pages of Come to Me Softly. I laughed, felt their pain and shared in their joy. Beautifully written, I highly recommend the Closer to You series.
Come to Me Quietly by A.L. Jackson
Come to Me Quietly is the first book in the new adult series Closer to You and my first read by author A.L. Jackson. I can assure you it will not be my last. Breathtaking beautiful I became swept up in this sweet, emotional read. Told from dual perspectives I fell in love with Jared and Aleena. Mini review: beautiful and touching this friendship to lover’s romance held me spellbound.
