The Royals had off from school Thursday and Friday. They used the time to be sloths and catch up on sleep after the time change. We got outside in the afternoons as both days were warm. Friday night brought storms, and we had to clean up branches from the yard. Our granddaughter Hazel is half-Irish and her paternal family is one of the oldest in the area. I am sure she’ll be wearing green tomorrow. The Royals have off on Monday as well, so we’ll be baking some cookies. Stay Caffeinated and spread kindness.

love the titles – zom rom com and sunny side up – will have to check those out. it is going to be a rainy and colder week ahead for us.. after rain and wind the past week but we need the rain so cant complain

  2. Lisa R. Howeler

We had storms this weekend but they ended up not being too bad. This next week won’t be as nice out as it was last week but we are getting there. The crocuses are already popping up in our yards.

Oh, the wind here has been horrific! What a wild slide into Spring we’re having! I’m so glad you’re getting your reading in and appreciate you mentioning Libro.fm! I’m doing my best to shout it from the rooftops and it’s getting through to some people 🙂 Hope you have a wonderful rest of your weekend and week ahead!

We got a bit too warm here this week considering I don’t have A/C. sigh I’m Irish by marriage (not much longer), but the kids are part Irish so we’ll be wearing green also. It’s starting to storm at this moment. I hear thunder which is something I haven’t heard in many months. I hope you have a good week!

  5. Olivia

I am glad the kids were able to catch up on their sleep. The time change is still kicking me in the behind. Looks like a bunch of great books. Off to read some of your reviews.

  6. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Glad it seems like you didn’t have major storm damage either! Those storms were scary Friday night, and they happened so late! We lost power for 14 hours or so, but thankfully it wasn’t 90+ degrees like last time, so it was mostly bearable. We didn’t get too much damage either, some minor damage to the siding and I think my dad needs to get a closer look at the roof since we did hear hail, but otherwise my family across the area were all okay with just some usual damage.

Nice new reads! These are all new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!

    Here’s my StS

    Have a GREAT day!

Happy almost St. Patty’s Day! I am not Irish but I will also be wearing green – less chances of pinching. Hopefully the storms have moved on and you can enjoy more warm weather.
Love the cover for ZomRomCom, I will have to check it out!

Zom RomCom looks hilarious! LOL Lucky kids to have so much school off – my son had a half day yesterday, but we have one more full week before our spring break week off. Glad the weather is getting nicer!

  9. Lin

Ah, here in Bulgaria, we are supposed to have stormy weather these days, in fact, today is as gloomy as it can be. On the bright side, this is a great opportunity to start that Spring cleaning if Her Highness (my baby girl) will be that kind to let me haha
Happy reading, and have fun baking those cookies 🙂

  10. Jill

My son had the Monday after the time change off and even though he’s 16 it still really helped to let him get some extra sleep!

  11. Lola

That’s nice the royal had some days off and could catch up on their sleep, the time change is always so disruptive. Hope you have fun baking cookies tomorrow and celebrating St Patrick’s day. I signed up for the Night Realm audiobook as well, look forward to listening to it. Have a great week!
