I am horribly behind on everything not work related. It’s frustrating, mostly because I cannot shake the fatigue. I filed our taxes, so at least that chore is done. Our weather was very spring like this week and rumor has it we will hit the 70s on Monday before cold temps and snow swoops in on Wednesday. Guess mother nature is gearing up for March to rear its head like a lion. Stay Caffeinated.

It’s so hard to get your energy back when you’ve been feeling sick. I hope the warm weather gave you a bit of a boost before the snow set in! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week.
Carla
I hope you get your energy back, Kimberly. That is so frustrating. I will do my taxes when I get home, but ours aren’t due until the end of April. I hope your week has gone well.
Sophia Rose
We filed our taxes last week, too. This up and down weather makes it hard on the health, too. Yes, big swings in the temps this week for us, too.
Have a good week, Kimberly!
vidya
hope you feel energized soon..
MarthaE
Good job getting taxes done. Sorry you are struggling with fatigue. I can relate to that and feeling behind. I’m thankful reading takes this off my mind.
Enjoy the warm weather before the cooler comes in and Happy Reading!
Meezan
Congrats on getting your taxes done! The weather can be up and down, especially as we get into March. I hope you have a restful, but productive week. 🙂
Jenni Elyse
I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with fatigue. It’s not fun. I hope your energy comes back soon.
Becki
Busy reading book! Love the cover of that new one 🙂
Greg
It’s very spring like here too at the moment. Won’t last though 🙂
hena
Well at least you got your taxes done. I have been meaning to read some Kelley Armstrong and The Family Upstairs is on my reading list.
BonnieReadsAndWrites
The Last House looks good! Have a great week.

Boy do I understand being behind. Thank you for hosting!

We always owe on taxes and then on top of that is the property taxes. But those are done, cars are fixed and we are on to another week. We been getting a mix of sunshine and gloomy rainy days so typical spring. Glad it not quite freezing all the time anymore spring is teasing us. I am a fan of anne bishop so eager to see what you think of this collection of stories. I have a love hate with short story collections. Maybe cause there short and i want more. The family upstairs sounds intersting lisa jewel is a author that has some serious talent. Have a great week.
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
I’m sorry to hear about the fatigue. I hope it lifts soon. We’re expecting temperatures in the low-to mid-60s on Monday and Tuesday, and around 70 on Wednesday, before going back to more seasonal 40s on Thursday. My poor crocuses are soooo confused! They are blooming like mad, though, and it lifts my heart to see them even though their early blooming worries me.
Have a good week, and feel better soon!
Jamie @ The Fantasy Princess
I seem to be behind on things that I need to get done too. Our weather has been more Spring like too. Have a great week!
Anne - Books of My Heart
You have your taxes done so not SO behind. I think it is more important for you to get some rest and care while letting a few things be later.
Rachel @Waves of Fiction
I’ve been behind this month too! We had beautiful weather this last week, but they’re predicting snow this next weekend. We’ll see. Have a great week, Kimberly!
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
Yeah, your weather sounds like ours! Looking forward to some really nice temps this week here, but then a drop on Thursday or Wednesday night. I need to do my taxes still. But since I’ve had to pay the last few years I’m guessing that I’ll wait since there’s no reason to try to get it done early for them. Not to mention I don’t have the money this year to pay right away if it’s like the past years. I need to go check your review of Once Persuaded, Twice Shy because I just started it and am not hooked yet. Have a good week!
Shelleyrae @ Book’d Out
Our tax year, much like our school year, operates differently to yours. For us it’s July 1st to June 30th (though we have until October 1st to submit them).
I hope the fatigue fades as the bad weather does
Wishing you a happy reading week
Emma @ Words And Peace
wow, congrats on already done with your taxes!
Same her, we are going to go from 73 on Tuesday to 33 on Wednesday…

I can’t do my taxes until I get the paperwork from the trust that was set up after mom died last year. Not that it’s a big deal. I usually wait until the last minute anyway. lol I hope the fatigue goes away so you can get things done. While that happens just do a bit at a time and don’t overdo it.
Aj @ Read All The Things!
Congrats on getting your taxes done! I haven’t even thought about mine yet. I hope you feel better soon!
Lisa R. Howeler
Did you have the dreaded virus when you were sick? I was so exhausted after I had it the first time and it took a couple months to recover. I hope you are fully mended soon.
Kimberly
No, tested negative for covid.
Jodie
Oh the battle of fatigue is so real! I hope you feel more energized and back to yourself soon. Take care.
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Sounds a little like our weather expect, unfortunately the high temperatures are here for the majority of the week. I’m honestly not ready for it because I know those nice 70s days will be immediately followed by 99+ days! Lol. But apparently everyone else in this state loves heat and humidity while that gene skipped over me!
Nice new read! That’s a new to me one but I hope you enjoy it!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!

The sheer range of temperatures that you endure is mind-bloggling. I don’t know how you all cope! We feel hard done-by if we have to experience anything more than a 10 degree swing within 24 hours. And good for you getting the taxes sorted out – before I got sick that was a major issue!! I hope the coming week is a better one, Kimberly.
Cindy's Book Corner
I am so sorry you can’t shake the fatigue! I hope you can rest as you need to. I hope this week is better for you and you are able to start catching up. Have a great week!
Sophie
I get being on everything but work Kimberly! That’s how I began today’s post as well as blog hopping and replying to comments seem to only be possible on Sunday these last months!
Emily @ Budget Tales Book Blog
I hope you manage to catch up with everything soon. The weather is crazy!
Have a great rest of the weekend!
Juli @ A Universe in Words
Oof yes, taxes is also one of those things that’s still on my To Do list. Just waiting on my income thing from work so I’ve got all the right numbers in front of me. But I also recognise the feeling like everything is still unfinished, it’s such a spring feeling for me? Thanks for hosting and I hope next week is a good one!
Juli @ A Universe in Words

The weather has been something this winter here too, though we haven’t gotten any snow. And great job getting your taxes done already. I haven’t even thought of doing ours yet.
Lola
I am sorry to hear you’re behind on everything besides work as you can’t shake your fatigue, I know that feeling and it’s horrible :(. That’s great you got your taxes done, I have to do mine soon too and am not looking forward to it. I hope you feel better soon and can catch up on things.
Lori
I really hope you start to feel better soon. This weather has been nuts. I am hoping for an early spring but Mother Nature just can’t make up her mind😀
jinjer
I think it was 76F today!! Ugh, don’t remind me. I need to do my taxes.
Laurel-Rain Snow
I hope you feel betterr soon! Your books look very good.
Haze @ The Book Haze
We had such a nice winter at the beginning of the season and it feels like it’s getting colder now when we should be looking forward to spring. I really want it to get warmer! Enjoy your warm weather!
Diana @ Book of Secrets
We’re enjoying warm temps in KC too. Enjoy your week!
Enn @ Her Weathered Pages
Amazing job on getting your taxes done. They are tedious so that is a huge chore off your back. I hope you are able to find some time to reset and catch up on things you are behind on. Have an amazing week!
Taylor @ Taylor Fenner’s Bookish World
Last House looks interesting! It’s so crazy that the weather is going to be like low 60s here then mid 20s the next day. But next weekend looks good, which is reassuring because there is a book event being put on by Kennsington Publishing next Sunday that I’m going to.
Yvonne @ Socrates Book Reviews
I hope your warm temps continue for a little while longer. Sometimes fatigue can last longer than the illness. Take care of yourself and feel better.
Maree
Feeling behind is so frustrating. I hope you can have a good week this week.
Jill
Taxes is a good thing to have off the list!
