I enjoyed unplugging and was glad I scheduled it with the Royals here every day. Hazel came for a half-day Thursday and spent all of Friday into Saturday morning with us. The trip to the zoo was wonderful. We watched a lot of old movies and introduced the kids to some new ones, like Mrs. Doubtfire. I loved Project Hail Mary. This was a wonderful movie adaptation. Stay caffeinated & spread kindness.

    I’m glad you had a good week! Your zoo trip sounds fun; it’s a wonderful activity with kids. I’m sure your grandchildren enjoyed it! And three cheers for unplugging! I unplugged for a weekend fiber arts retreat, and came home feeling refreshed in spirit (if tired in body!)

    I’m glad you had a relaxing time off! We haven’t been to the zoo in awhile. We’ll probably go in October after the new Asia continent opens at the NC Zoo in Sept.

    Always nice to have the Grandchildren around! Our Grandchildren are grown up now and it’s still fun for us. I’m glad to hear Project Hail Mary was good! I always worry about the movie adaptations. Especially when it was a great book. I’ll be seeing that soon. Have a great week!

    Oh nice! Sounds like a nice week! I haven’t been to our zoo in ages! It’s not in the best of areas so it’s always been something of a trial to get there and you have to go early to find a free parking space! Lol. I loved Mrs. Doubtfire as a kid as well! Such a great movie!

    Nice new read! That’s a new to me one as well but I hope you enjoy it once you read it!
