My recovery continues, and I am at the point where if I am not careful, I end up hurting myself. Bending, stairs, and sitting are still an issue, and I am trying to behave. Hazel has recovered from her bout with the flu, and we took her and her mommy out to dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Stay caffeinated, & spread kindness.

I hope your recovery speeds up and you feel much better soon.

I’m glad Hazel is feeling better. I think the hardest part of recovery is when you’re feeling good enough to move some because you start moving like normal when you’re not ready! I hope you have a great week!
Mary Kirkland
You really injured yourself if it’s taking this long to heal.
I have had a cold all week. Finally starting to feel better.

I’ve got empathy for your back and muscle issues and how it truly limits one. Yay for a fun birthday meal with a healthy Hazel.
Have a good week, Kimberly!

I am surprised that you are still in so much pain, Kimberly. Have you been to see a doctor? Nice that Hazel is over the flu and it sounds like you had a nice lunch out. Happy March, hopefully spring will be here soon.

Sorry you’re still recovering from the fall! I’m still trying to get the dizziness to go away and trying so hard not to let it get to the stage that has landed me in the ER last fall and then a year ago before that as well. We celebrated my dad’s birthday yesterday. Here’s to a good first week of March for everyone!
