This was a busy week; the Royals stayed with us as their Dad was away. We had football practice, class pictures and a football game. My husband fell ill with strep throat, and it really knocked his socks off. This week he has an MRI (back problems), I have an appointment with the Methodist ENT Cancer Center regarding the cyst on my neck, and on Thursday we are going to school with the little princess, Hazel. Busy, busy, busy. Watching the news makes me physically ill. Please make your voice heard and vote. Stay Caffeinated and spread kindness.

So sorry to here about Mr. Caffeinated strep throat. I hope you are all feeling better! You guys have quiet the busy week ahead. Enjoy your reading and have a great week!

  2. Victoria

Well I guess the upside to lots of medical appointments is reading while you wait. A good place to bring a physical book.

So much medical going on! I pray you get good news all the way around. I’m sure the time with the grandkids was exhausting but also a blessing. So glad you were able to have that time together.

I hope your husband feels better very soon and your appointments give you good results this week. Enjoy going to school with Hazel. That sounds like fun. 🙂

Sounds like a busy week for sure! Hope your husband can get some answers with the MRI to help with the back issues, my mom had to have 2 back surgeries in her life, so we’ve dealt with that, and I just hope my back does better, which so far, knock on wood, I’ve been better. And yeah, I barely watch the news for anything other than the weather these days.

Sounds like a very busy week! I hope everything goes well for both you and your husband.
I hear you about the news. I haven’t really had time (or mental energy) to keep up with it this week, but when I do, my reaction is visceral. I pray we can turn things around.
