And my crazy urban fantasy binge continues with Half-Off Ragnarok by Seanan McGuire. This is the third audio in the InCryptid series. Interestingly it comes with a change in POV, narrators, locations, and murder. Once again McGuire pulled me into the crazy world of InCryptid.
Besieged by Kevin Hearne
As I continued my binge of the Iron Druid Chronicles, I wasn’t sure if I would grab all the novellas on audio or in fact even read them, but Besieged is a large collection and after Staked I wasn’t quite ready to leave this world or wait for the next book in April so I decided to download this collection. Brilliant, funny, sad, and interesting I delighted in these tales shared around a campfire.
The Squirrel on the Train by Kevin Hearne
The Squirrel on the Train by Kevin Hearne Oberon’s Meaty Mysteries #2 in which Oberon proves squirrels are EVIL! Hearne treats us to a suspenseful murder mystery with high tech gadgets, a shifter and more. The world’s number one Irish Wolfhound detective Oberon is on the case with his trusted friends.
Tricked by Kevin Hearne
I am continuing to devour the Iron Druid Chronicles, even as I kick myself for having delayed listening to them for so long. Tricked was a transition novel after the events of Hammered, but still packed a punch as new friends were made, relationships were severed and characters faced down death.
Hounded by Kevin Hearne
Hounded by Kevin Hearne first sat on my kindle after bloggers I adore and trust called it a must-read. Then when I read reviews about the narrations of Luke Daniels, I added the Audible edition. There it sat in my queue for over a year. I am kicking myself, seriously. Hounded is all that I love about urban fantasy with a narration that was utterly addictive.
