Clayton turns nine this week. It feels like yesterday that I witnessed his birth. Our weather has been wacky, seventy-seven one day and below freezing the next, so naturally I developed a cold. I continue to improve after my surgery and hope to be back to normal for Thanksgiving. Stay Caffeinated, spread kindness and if you are able, donate to your local food bank.

The grands sure grow up fast, don’t they?! Happy Birthday Clayton! Glad to hear your after surgery healing is coming along. I hope the cold goes away as well.

  5. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Oh wow! Can’t believe he’s 9 already! Watching my own niece and nephew grow up is pretty surreal! I still remember when they were just cute chubby babies with no hair, well my niece started growing hair super quick! Definitely envied that! Lol. Glad to hear you’re healing well! Hope it continues to go quick and smooth and that on Thanksgiving you can feast to your heart’s content!

Nice new reads! These are new to me ones! I hope you enjoy them all!

Ugh. A cold is just what you need post-surgery. Glad to hear you continue to mend in spite of it. Happy Birthday to Clayton!

Sorry to hear you caught a cold. I hope your recovery from the surgery goes well and you’re back to normal before Thanksgiving. We had some warm sunny days last week and then the temperatures went going down and we got more rain. I hope you have a good week.
