For the month of March, I read/listened to 13 books. I am currently three books behind on my Goodreads Challenge. (46/200) We had snow on Wednesday. Not unusual here in the Midwest. The latest I can remember a snow fall was May 9th. We ordered new garage doors and are having our front porch posts and rails updated. Once those are complete, I’ll know the budget we have for the floors. I am hoping for a cohesive look. The Royals are on spring break this week, so I am trying to get necessary things done this weekend. I watched Hazel Saturday afternoon and cleaned. This week my husband and I will celebrate our thirty-fourth anniversary. Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.

Happy Anniversary! I’m so excited about the Amanda Quick book. I’ve really been enjoying that series. I hope the Royals are having a wonderful spring break and you’re having a great week!

  2. MarthaE

I read 13 in March too.
Happy Anniversary! Sounds like you are busy with renovations. That can be a combination of fun and stress.
Hope you get in some good reading!

Happy Anniversary! It is fun to spruce up the house a bit. I would like to get a new garage door someday. Things like that make a big difference. I hope that you have a great week!

The Midwest definitely gets some crazy weather. It’s supposed to be warm-ish this week but rain mid-week. We’ll see! LOL

    Happy Anniversary.

I’ll bet it will all look great when you get done sprucing up your house. Hope the spring break week goes great. I got When She Dreams, too.

Have a good week and enjoy your anniversary, Kimberly!

Snow and sunshine… that about sums up this time of year, doesn’t it? Congratulations on your thirty-fourth wedding anniversary, Kimberly. That’s a huge achievement these days – I hope you are able to do something really nice just for the two of you:). Have a lovely week.

Happy Anniversary!! The weather has been crazy but thankfully we never got that big storm that kept us housebound for a day or more.

I grew up in WY and have a core memory of it snowing on the 4th of July. It was nice and warm all day and then that night – bam.
    Happy anniversary!

Yeah I remember getting snow in May at least once too! I was actually at the now deceased Romantic Times Booklovers Convention at the time! I loved that Con, I miss it so much too! Happy early Anniversary as well! That’s amazing!

Nice new reads! Those are new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them!

Happy Anniversary! My hubby and I are a year behind you. Your home renovations sound wonderful. Have a great week!

Happy 34th Anniversary!! You’re getting all the home updates done at once. I don’t envy you the cost right now. Building supplies are high. Ugh. We’re waiting a bit to do our decks, hoping for pricing to come down. Eventually we’ll have to budget for flooring. I can’t stand this effing carpet. It’s 21 yrs old! Ugh ugh ugh!!

  14. Mia @ Genre Books and Me

Happy Anniversary, first of all! We celebrate 35 years this year. With him being pretty much a non-reader, I don’t know how that happened, lol.
That’s great that you are redoing your home! And spending time with the grandkids. Hope you enjoy your week ahead, snow or not.

Snow?? Wow! Fall is definitely with us here in SA as well.

So far I’m on track with my reading challenge, but then mine is only half of yours! Glad to hear we are not the only people busy with renovations. Gosh, it’s so time and mind consuming.

    Have a good week Kimberly!

Wow you have been a busy and productive time, with all those books and home improvements – I hope you will get the cohesive look you want. 😃 We also had snow here in the UK, but this not usual for us! 🥶 Take care and happy reading in the coming week.

wishing you a happy anniversary in advance! and your home projects are certainly going to keep you busy (we just did a couple of minor ones and it turned our home upside down!!)

  19. Greg

Happy anniversary! We had snow too, mostly just mixed with rain but still… it’s been cold and not very spring- like. Good luck with the renovations! And hope you’re having a good weekend. 🙂

Happy anniversary! Your renovation plans sound like they are coming together well. I dream of the day I will be able to redo improve on my house. It seems like there’s never any time or money for it. Your new books look good! I really enjoy both Amanda Quick and Seanan McGuire’s writing. Have a good week!
