We started the week with the Royal’s sick. It was viral with cough, fever and congestion and upset tummies. So naturally, I am once again sick. We celebrated Christmas at our house with our children and grandchildren. It came without homemade cookies, cakes and pies, and I slept a lot. We had surf and turf with everyone’s favorite sides. I am exhausted. We are staying close to home as I recover. I hope whatever you celebrate that a joyous time was had by all! Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.
PS- If you host an event in 2022, please feel free to email me the title and link and I will share on the Sunday Post.

I hope you all fully recover and in time to usher in the new year in full health.. We ended up staying home as well after we had to cancel our trip because my husband fell sick right after I and my daughter recovered.. but home was definitely relaxing..
Patricia
Oh yes, the “pleasures” of little ones sharing everything – especially their germs! During my first year of teaching I used more sick leave than allocated! ๐ Hope you feel better soon!

I’m glad you were able to enjoy your holiday with less treats and hope you feel much better soon. I thought I would make more treats but really we can’t eat them all so I’m making them one at a time over a couple weeks. I wish you a very Happy New Year!

I am so sorry to hear you are poorly again, Kimberly! I also managed to get a rotten cold in the last week, too! I glad you still managed to spend Christmas day with your family, even if it was a smaller, quieter event and here’s to a happier, freer and healthier new year! ๐
Angela (Angel's Guilty Pleasures)

Oh no. I’m so sorry to hear you’re sick again. I remember having young kids and how they always got sick and then we got sick too. I guess it’s a good thing my parents lived far away because they dodged that bullet! I hope you feel better soon. xo
