Hi – I listen to audiobooks everyday! I wanted to join the group, but I am not sure what you want entered where is say URL.

    Thanks

    • Kimberly

Hey Kelly…it should be a URL where you track your audiobooks listen to in 2022. If you use Goodreads it can be there. I create a shelf called 2022 Audiobook Challenge. Some people pin a post on Twitter and comment as they finish an audio. Others have a page on their blog. It’s up to you.

      • Kelly Davey

Thanks Kimberly! Ok – so I go to Goodreads and log in to record my audiobooks? I can log all of the books I have listened to this year – or starting today?

  2. Veronica

I realize we are 3/4 of the way into the year, but I just found this and thought since I have listened to a few books, perhaps I will give this challenge a try.

  3. Amanda Sampey

This is my first challenge with other people participating so I’m excited to get started.

  4. Haze

Coming in late to the challenge, but I just happened to have read quite a few audiobooks the first half of the year already, so I might as well! Excited to do this challenge with you all!

    Please delete if not allowed.
This week is the beginning of Syncs 2022 audiobook give away. You can download the 2 selected books each week (for only that week) and they are yours forever. You do not need to be a teen, or be in school. Follow the directions on the page. You will need to download the sora app.

I have been downloaded these for years, there are often so many good titles. 1 is often a current title, and one will usually be a classic.

Hi! Just found this challenge. I’m aiming for socially awkward. Well, I am socially awkward and aiming for that level. 😉 looking forward to it!

    • Kimberly

Glad to see you back. You did well in 2020. No problems at all. If you need assistance, let me know 🙂

  7. Lily Yu

Hello! For the challenge, do we need to post our review(s) of audiobooks we listened to for the challenge anywhere? I know some other challenges have a linky where you can link your review up. I don’t have a blog, but I review everything I read on Goodreads.

    • Kimberly

I am so sorry I missed your ask Lily. You can create a Goodreads shelf called 2022 Audiobook Challenge and link it. Twice a year we have you link your progress (Goodreads shelf) and do giveaways.

    • Kimberly

Click the email icon (right sidebar) and send me your info. I will add it manually for you. I need name, URL to your blog, Instagram or Goodreads bookshelf labeled Audiobook Challenge 2022.

  8. Livia

I’m game for another year. Last year, I accidentally picked the wrong challenge category and only realized it today as I was cleaning up my currently reading and read books shelves GoodReads. No biggie, LOL! This year, I’m aiming for Marathoner-Look-Ma-No-Hands (50 books or more). I think I can, I think I can. ;*) Happy listening, fellow challengers!

  9. Juanita Williams

Looking forward to joining in with this challenge as I listen to a lot of audiobooks while I’m travelling to and from work and whilst at work I’m a cleaner definitely makes the time go quicker listening to an audiobook also listened to a lot of books I wouldn’t have normally picked up and read.

  10. Anusha Narasimhan

I’m so glad I found this challenge. This year, I initially didn’t want to sign up for any reading challenge since I wanted to focus solely on my fitness, but this challenge pairs perfectly with my goal of losing weight. I’ve decided to walk daily and listen to audiobooks only during my walks. Super excited to sign up for this one.

  11. Mary @StackingMyBookShelves!

Set up my Goodreads shelf. I am going to try to read 30 again. I am hoping it might happen. Hope you are doing well and thanks for running this to keep me on track with reading!

    Mary

  12. Karin Anderson

I’m still going for The 100 Club (Audiobook Addict) 100+. My true goal is 100,000 minutes or 175 books.

  13. Gilion Dumas

I’m excited to take part in this one! I tried one year but forgot to post a wrap up or anything. I love reading with my ears and signed up at the Marathoner lever.

  14. Tizzy @ Curious Daydreams

I’ve signed up for the “newbie” level as I just have a few audiobooks I’d like to listen to this year. Most of my TBR pile is paperbacks, but I like to listen to audiobooks in the car or while doing the housework.

  15. Lily

Hello! I love this! I was definitely planning to “read” more audiobooks this year, so this is perfect! Just wondering, what’s the achievement levels for? Do higher levels mean you’re more likely to win the giveaway or is it just a way to track your progress or something else?

  16. Sherilyn B.

Not a blogger, but trying to join in on the fun. I think I did it right…

  17. Bee

Happy to participate! I will remember to actually hop on to post!! I actually have already finished one

  18. Cindy

Looking forward to the challenge. Going to try for at least 25 books and will track in Goodreads.

  19. Lexi Rose

Just signed up. I just finished my stats for 2021 and I read 56 audiobooks, so here’s to trying to read 57 audiobooks this year.

  20. Jan farnworth

I aiming to do 50 books again this year. I just going to track on goodreads as it got way to confusing for me to mark each one in a challenge bar on my blog. I still mark the audibook reviews on their to locate them but i think goodreads is much simpler just to have a shelf to check off.

  21. Karen Kondrick

I Listen to audiobooks quite often, but am going to up my game to 10-1 books this year. Thanks for the inspiration.

  22. Sybil Myers Rice

I’ve always done the Goodreads Reading Challenge. I’m looking forward to this!

    • Kimberly

Welcome! We are excited to have you join us! I do the Goodreads challenge too, but like the audiobook push..plus there are prizes 🙂

  23. Supriya

My second year joining this challenge.
In 2021 I was ‘Socially Awkward’. In 2022 I hope to be a ‘Binge Listener’. 🙂

    • Dani

Whoops don’t think I did that right! but excited to get started on this with y’all!

      • Kimberly

No worries. I sent you a friend request 🙂 Best of luck with the challenge Dani. Create a bookshelf on Goodreads- name it 2022 Audiobook Challenge. Then send me a link to that shelf so I can add it to the linky above.

  24. Lat

I’m joining the 2022 audiobook challenge as my first challenge as An Actual Book Blogger! I usually read piles of audiobooks but the last two years have been, as you probably know, kind of stressful. I set my goal at 15 as a starting point, and also because I like the idea of being a stenographer.

  25. Candy Bowe

I am excited to find this challenge. I listened to two audio books in 2021. I will join at Level 1.

  26. Kristina

Upon debating.. i’m gonna join level 1 again in 2022, however i’m gonna try to go beyond and read more than the 2 audiobooks that i’ve read in 2021! ☺️

  27. Chris L. Pontius

I’m almost to 100 for this year, but in 2022 I’ll be concentrating on my physical TBR, so I think I will shoot for 50 and see how that goes.

  28. Jen

So excited to be co-hosting with you again next year. I need to work harder to reach my goal because I’m not going to in 2021!

  29. Kiki

I’m going to try for Socially Awkward, since I’ve been listening a bit to audiobooks lately ☺.

  30. Jessica B

This sounds good. I just started listening to audiobooks while working/walking this year. It’s mostly the only way can read (life’s too busy to sit and read a physical book). I’m flipping between binge or my precious. I have a blog but havent written on it in a long time. Maybe I’ll try posting on it more this coming year (possibly try doing book reviews) but I’m not going to hold my breath lol (again, lifes too busy)

    • Kimberly

So glad you are joining us. Totally get the life is busy. I have spent the entire year feeling like I am playing catch up.

  31. Wendy Williams

I will try this one Kimberly. I don’t listen to many audiobooks, but I hope to get outside and walk more in 2022, and listening to a book will help me with both goals. I’ll get a post together this week.

  32. Carla

Audiobooks is my preferred way to enjoy a book these days. I didn’t sign up last year, but I think I will again this year. I will do my post over the weekend.
