Clayton had his first T-ball game Saturday and I am still grinning. He did great and looked stinkin’ adorable in his shirt and helmet. Today we get our second Peizer COVID-19 vaccine. We are on vacation this week and we’re going to the Ozarks in Missouri for a few days. The rest of it will be a staycation because of my bum leg. In May I read/listened to 15 books. I am at 93 of 200 for my Goodreads challenge and 61/100+ for the Audiobook Challenge. Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.

Aww. That’s such a cute age! Are you going to Branson? I always wanted to go when I lived in Ky and it was closer. I hope your leg is healing well. Take care.

  2. Katherine

I bet the baseball game was adorable! How fun! Glad you were able to get your 2nd vaccine and yay for vacation! Hope you are able to get some rest and recharge. Have a great week!

Sounds like your reading goals are on target.
Looks like you have some nice small town romances coming up. Christmas in the summer – that’s an idea I might like.
Hope you enjoy your visit in the Ozarks and your staycation as your leg heals. Be careful and get rest for it.
    Happy Reading!

The Witch Christmas book looks like a fun, cozy read! I guess we are going to start seeing more Christmas books popping up now for the summer. I hope you and your family are feeling better now after those endless weeks of sickness!

We Witch You a Merry Christmas sounds cute! And the 2 Lori Foster books look interesting too. Looking forward to your reviews on those.

Woohoo on getting your second shot and getting some vacation time! We had a planned trip this week that we had to cancel due to one of the people we were planning to stay with getting COVID. They’re doing okay, but I was bummed that we had to stay home. At least we had no excuse to not clean the house this weekend haha.

Kimberly I really hope that you won’t have the same reaction to your pfizer second shot as I had to my Moderna second shot this week! Especially as you have a vacation planned! Anyway, enjoy your vacation!

Ooh, have fun in the Ozarks. Are you going to Branson or Lake of the Ozarks? I enjoyed Branson but am kind of ready for my nephew to be a little older. Three years old is fun, but still so easy with tripping and needing so much extra attention. In the next couple years he’ll be more fun I think. Looks like you are doing well on your challenges for reading too. Have a great week!

Aww I bet the tball game was too cute! How old is Clayton now? It doesn’t seem like he should be old enough for t ball! I can’t wait for Dante to be into stuff like that 😍

I hope you enjoy your vacation and that your leg is improving! Yay for your second dose!!!

Oh nice! Not sure what the weather towards the Ozarks will be doing but I know up by me in St. Louis we’re looking at rain all week, so I hope it doesn’t come to you guys down there while you visit!

Nice new reads! Those are all new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!
