Send a boat. LOL, it has rained every day for the past 10 days. Our grass might swallow Clayton soon. I saw the Ortho Specialist on Tuesday and was fitted for a brace and scheduled for an MRI which I did late Friday. Sophia’s last day of school was Friday…on to 1st grade. How is this possible? Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.

I really hope that the brace helps. Have a great week.

Dang! That’s a lot of rain. Your grass must be full of mushrooms. I hope the MRI gave you good results.
Sam@WLABB
That a whole lotta rain. I don’t even remember the last time it rained here. Hope the MRI comes back ok. And wow! Time flies. Can’t believe one of the Royals is off to grade school.
Vidya
time does fly!! congratulations to your little one.. my own will be done with school in two weeks now
Nise' (Under the Boardwalk)
Wish you could send that rain our way! My mother’s grass is almost sand here in Florida. Hope your results are what is expected and no surprises.
Lorna
I hope you get results of your MRI soon. Is it feeling in better at all? I’m jealous you got the new Helen Hoang book. I couldn’t find it on NetGalley.
Nicci @ Sunny Buzzy Books
We need to build a boat too. It’s rained pretty solidly since the beginning of May and there’s been a lot of high winds and storms too. Someone needs to tell the weather man it’s the beginning of summer!
MarthaE
Oh- I hope you get sunny weather soon.
I hope you are managing with your injury.
I’ve been eyeing the Wyrd series.
Happy Reading!
Sophia Rose
I think we’re getting your ‘pair ’em up Noah’ weather starting today since it is supposed to rain four days this week. Yay for Sophia completing the big K and heading off to first grade and yay for you getting through your appointments.
That new Helen Hoang looks good.
Have a great week, Kimberly!
ShootingStarsMag
HOW is Sophia ready for first grade next year? Craziness! I hope your MRI went well, and that the rain stops. That is too many days in a row.
-Lauren
Mary Kirkland
I hope you don’t have to have surgery on it.
We had a couple of nice days here where it looked like it would rain but it never did.
Jinjer
10 days of rain!!! Wow! That’s a lot.
Aww these kids do seem to grow up fast and i don’t even have any. Seems like just yesterday my neighbor’s girl was off to kindergarten and now she must be going into 3rd.
Hope your brace helps you!
Carrie @ The Butterfly Reader
A Reckless Match looks good!
Cheryl @ I Heart Fictional People
Rain for 10 days?! I’m kinda jealous to be honest lol. I love the rain!
Then She Vanishes sounds great! I looked it up and added it to my TBR list. Hope you enjoy reading it!
Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction
You can send some of that rain this way. We have grass seed down, and we’ve had to water constantly!
Samantha
That is a lot of rain! We haven’t had any for over a week now! But, the cicadas have arrived. Ick.
Vi @Inkvotary
Time flies. Hope your results are good and you will soon feel better. Happy reading.
Anne - Books of My Heart
We are dry but it is supposed to thunderstorm next weekend for the holiday. It makes little difference to me other than I won’t have to water the plants as much. The rain should cool us down from 90s to 80s though.
I also got Heart Principle but realize I forgot to put it in my Sunday post when I saw it in yours.
Taylor @ Taylor Fenner’s Bookish World
It’s been raining pretty relentlessly here too. Hopefully we’ll see some sunshine soon! Then She Vanishes sounds interesting! I’ll check it out!
Rachel
Glad to hear you’re on the mend! It’s insane how quick time goes by. Our oldest grandson will be on to 1st grade next, too! I just remembered I got emails on Kate Bateman’s and Helen Hoang’s too. Must go back and grab them. I hope we both love them! 🙂
Jen at Introverted Reader
I hope the MRI results are as good as they can be.
My mom has been complaining about the relentless wind back home for weeks now. I hope you get a break in the clouds soon!
Enjoy your week!
Lori Caswell
Hope you get some good news with the MRI.
We had a beautiful hot day yesterday and finally got the lawn mowed. Rain is back today!
A Voracious Reader
When will you get the results of your MRI? *fingers crossed* for good news. Also, I’ll send a freighter and bring some of that water here. We could use it.
Marlene Harris
I’m envious you got Bombshell and THANKS SO MUCH for the Stacking the Shelves mention!
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
I hope you get some sunshine soon! We, on the other hand, could do with some rain…. but it’s going to be sunny and 92 today. In May. That doesn’t bode well for the summer.
I hope the MRI gives the orthopedist a good sense of what’s going on and how to fix it. Meanwhile, I’m sorry you’re having to deal with the pain, and I hope the brace helps.
Nice batch of new books!
Lola
Sounds like you got a lot of rain, here it’s been rainy as well. Good luck with the MRI and the brace, I hope it helps. Have a great week!
Jamie @ The Fantasy Princess
Hope your MRI results come back good. It hasn’t rained here but it is supposed to this week. It has just been hot most days. Hope you enjoy your books and have a great week!
S. J. Pajonas
Glad to hear things are moving forward with your knee. I hope the pain has not been too bad! Elbow hugs!
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Oh wow! Sophia is headed to first grade? That’s insane! I feel like it wasn’t all too long ago when you announced her birth! Kids grow so fast! My nephew will be two in July, my oldest niece officially hits teenage years in December. And then my baby niece will be 3 months in a few weeks! Eek. Hope all turns out well with your Ortho Specialist.
Nice new reads! Those are all totally new to me ones, but I hope you enjoy them all!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!

I hope you get rain to kick off Memorial Day Weekend. It’s proper summer weather here–but things are supposed to take a turn on Wed and revert to late April weather. Hope the MRI results come back in a positive way! Have a great week.
Natalie @Natflix&Books
I have 10 more days. 10. I am so ready for summer lol. This week was hot, but we were getting rain nonstop a couple of weeks ago. It must have moved on to you. Happy reading!
Deb Nance at Readerbuzz
It’s been raining here every day, too. One day we got six inches. Sunshine, where are you?
Tessa
So much rain. Yuck! Wishing you much sunshine this coming week. Happy reading’
Tanya @ Girl Plus Books
I love a rainy day but 10 in a row… not so much! I’m really looking forward to Hoang’s The Heart Principle.
Maureen @ Maureen’s Books
Ugh.. it has been raining here a lot too! So frustrating since all I want to do is go outside with the kids!
1st grade? Time sure does go by fast!
Have a great week and happy reading.
jessicabookworm
Oh I can sympathise with the rain, although we had a break from it two mornings this last week. I have been in talks with God for Noah’s ark plans! ?
M. Ravenel
Wow! First grade! Congrats!
Stay dry! It was rainy where I was this week, as well.
Katherine
I refuse to believe that Sophia is going into 1st grade. How is that possible?? Hopefully it will stop raining up there soon! In those phases where it just won’t stop raining it’s always interesting to see how tall the grass will get before it dries up enough to actually cut it! Have a great week!
Laurel-Rain Snow
I hope you feel better soon, and congrats on Sophia’s passing on to 1st grade. Where did the time go?
Have a great week.
Yvonne
So much rain! I hope you feel better.
Greg
Wow time flies! And that’s a lot of rain! I hope your knee is feeling better soon…
