We warmed up above freezing and 35˚ felt down right balmy! It rained Saturday night and between warmer temps and melt off we can see spots of our lawn. Huzzah hints of Spring. I am ready! Elbow hugs! Stay Caffeinated.

We’ve gotten tons of rain lately although not today. I’m glad you are finally getting some respite from the snow. Stay well and have a good week!

  2. Katherine

Yay for snow melting! It’s up in the 60s here but it looks like it’s going to rain all week so I don’t feel like we are winning quite yet. The Nora Roberts book is calling me. It looks like such a good read! Have a great week!

Just talking about these reviews with my narrator today. I am still so grateful for the kind words and attention. We’re looking forward to the third book coming out on Tantor media in April. For March, I have Book Seven of the Valhalla AWOL series coming out in Ebook and paperback.

  4. MarthaE

I do hope your weather warms up.
The Flanigan books look interesting. Have a good week and Happy Reading!

glad it is getting warmer for you; and thanks for the Nora Roberts reminder (has been a long while since I read her books!)

  6. Sophie

Well we had an amazingly ar and sunny week but they say that by the end of next week, we’ll be again below seasonal temperatures!!

  7. Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard

Hurray for slightly warmer temperatures! I’m looking forward to spring, too. And lucky you — you got Legacy! I’m looking forward to reading that one when it comes out. (I don’t think I’m likely to get an ARC.)

  8. Maya @herbookishdesires

It rained last night here too and it is currently raining. I love listening to the pitter patter of the raindrops…

It warmed up quite a bit here. We got up to 60 degrees last week so pretty much all of the snow melted! Hopefully it continues to warm up by you. 🙂

  9. Jamie @ The Fantasy Princess

Our snow has all melted too, but now it is raining. 🙂 The weather has been warming up so yep Spring is on the way. I will miss the snow but I will be happy to be able to sit out in my sun porch when the weather gets warm. Have a great week!

We were 71º on Weds and 60s on Thurs! *faints* It was soooooo nice to see Spring trying to, well, Spring. Then it get wet and chilly again. Blerg. I hope your weather continues to creep warmer, Kim! Shine those flip flops up!

  11. Lola

That’s great you saw some first hints of spring, hopefully that continues, We had some warmer days, but the last few days it’s been slightly colder again, it still feels nice with the sunny weather we’ve been having. Nice haul of books you got, I hope you have a great week!

  12. Joyousreads

We had Spring-like weather all week last week, but it chilled down to -20 C temps again yesterday. We’re definitely ready for Spring, though but I’m also glad that it’s getting lighter sooner.

I hope you’ll have a great week, Kimberly!

  13. Jen

Isn’t it funny how above freezing suddenly feels so warm?! We’ve had a few days near 40 and a lot of the snow is melting.

  14. Jessica @ a GREAT read

I feel like it rained a lot of places this weekend! We got a spot shower last night too! And we warmed up above freezing this week and it was so surprising to be able to wear normal clothes instead of bundles of layers! Lol.

Nice new reads! Those are all new to me ones but I hope you will enjoy them all!

    Here’s my StS

    Have a GREAT day!

I hope the winter weather eases up soon, Kimberly. We’ve had a week with some sunshine – a teasing glimpse that has me hoping the worst of the winter is now behind us… Have a great week!

  16. Siran

Haaaa! Never thought I would be so happy for temperatures to be in the 30s.

  17. Greg

I saw your title and I thought- no, it can’t be hot there lol. You’re inn the cold band like us. 🙂 But yes any little warm up feels good, right? We were in the 40’s today and yes it felt balmy!

    Yay for COYER!
