Happy New Year, Kimba! I hope you had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I’ve been MIA online for the last 2 weeks. I hope I didn’t’ miss out on too much. Congratulations on surpassing your goals!

Wow that’s a lot of books in one year, audio or not! I made it to 181 books. 100 were audios although the email from Audible says I listened to 131. I keep track on GoodReads and I’m sure I forget some but 31 seems a lot to forget. Last years number was 201 so it would seem that I’m becoming a slower reader. Age maybe?

Happy New Year. Well done on your full reading accomplishment!
Yes, we can all hope that this year improves.
The Wyrd series looks interesting to me.
    Take care and Happy Reading!

Happy New Year! I know things won’t change too quick, but like you, I’m hoping that things will look a lot better with Covid, etc. by the end of Spring/beginning of Summer. *fingers crossed* more and more people can get the vacinne!

242 books??? Wow! And I’ll be joining your 2021 Audiobook challenge Kimberly! I’ll do my recap post for 2020 next week but I nailed it LOL

    Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Kimberly! We got a chilly winter blast to ring in our year, too. Cozy inside at least. Way to go on your reading totals and especially the audios.

  8. jessicabookworm

Wow, 242 books read or listened to is phenomenal, Kimberly! ? Take away 200 and you’ve got about the amount I read. ? Happy New Year and here’s too a happier, healthier and easier 2021! ?

Yeah, I think the Winter is still bleak. My hospital is inundated with Covid patients and it doesn’t seem to be letting up. There’s talk of rationing care, but I’ve been gone all weekend so I’m not sure how things stand right now.

I need to request an audio copy of The Cousins. I keep forgetting. Forgot I need to read All Colors of the Night, too! So busy. I’ll be posting on my Audio Book Challenge and joining for 2021 as well. That and the Goodreads Challenge are the only ones I’m doing this year. Have a great week, Kimberly! 🙂

Fingers crossed that this year is just so much better for all of us! I also think it will take about 6 months or so to get to that point but I am keeping positive.
Congrats on your awesome reading this last year!
Have a great week, Kim! Happy Reading! xx

  11. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Wow! That’s an impressive number. I’m noticing my reading speed must be decreasing, that and a job change. At least 2019 prepared me for this already!

Nice new reads! These are new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!

    Here’s my StS

    Have a GREAT day!

    Happy New Year!

Wow, you read a lot of books last year, 242. Well done! I’m going to have a look at the The Princess and the Rogue, it sounds lovely.

Happy new year! Hopefully 2021 is a god year. That’s awesome you listened and read so many books last year.

Happy New Year, Kimberly – and I completely agree with your comments about the coming year and being as kind as possible to each other… It’s great that there is now hope with the new vaccines, but we have a long way to go before we are all sufficiently protected.

As for your reading stats regarding last year – wow… how impressive! Especially as I know your nonna duties also take up chunks of your time. Have a great week:)).

  15. Flora Gatehouse

Happy New Year to you too, Kimberly. I think you’re right, winter will still be tough but I have hopes that 2021 will be better overall.
I’m starting the year re-listening a favourite read to keep my spirits up. ?

Happy New Year! I truly hope you’re right, that things will be a bit more like our old normal once we move towards summer this year. I miss doing a lot of things, even if it’s also been kind of nice to have a good excuse to stay home quite a bit and just hang out with the family.
Have a wonderful week ahead, happy reading and listening. *hugs*

Happy new year ! 242 books, 242 books, I’m still processing that number (and feel a bit envious !). Let’s hope this year will be brighter and filled with good books 🙂

  18. Laurel-Rain Snow

Your reading for the year was great! I hope you enjoy your books in the upcoming weeks. I see The Cousins on your list, and I have that book to read soon.

    Enjoy your week!

Happy New Year Kimba! Let’s hope things get better as we move along. Hope you had a nice New Year! 🙂
