I hope everyone had a lovely holiday! We celebrated Christmas with just our children and grandchildren. We had a ham on Christmas Eve and Surf & Turf on Christmas. My favorite audiobook won a SOVA Award, The Tory by TJ London. I am over the moon. Saturday was overcast, and I spent the entire day eating leftovers and watching The Bridgerton Family series on Netflix. It was positively wonderful! Stay Caffeinated.

Well I just found this in my overwhelming amount of email. I’ve never heard of The Tory? I’ll have to look. I’m glad you had a good holiday. Ours was so quiet that I watched all of the Bridgertons that same day. A gift to myself.

  2. Nicci @ Sunny Buzzy Books

Glad you had a lovely Christmas!
I’ve started on Bridgerton and have loved every bit of it so far. I hope to watch the rest today (pesky need for sleep got in the way yesterday…)

Hope you have a Happy New Year!

I’m so happy you enjoyed your week and PJ days are the best. I’m wearing my flannel jammie pants now (which I don’t wear to bed, they are strictly comfy day at home pants) I’m going to have to change to go out and walk with Lulu later though. The Tory is one I want to read because Shane East! Here’s to another relaxed week ahead.

Sounds like a snug Christmas. We enjoyed our quiet homey festivities, too. Yay for The Tory’s win.

Oh Kimberley that sounds like a lovely, relaxing Christmas holiday! ??❤ I’m afraid I tested positive for Covid so an even quieter Christmas for me, although it did give me the excuse to stay in bed all day watching Harry Potter films… so not all bad! ?

I hope you are feeling ok. Whenever I am sick I marathon Harry Potter. It’s like chicken soup for the soul. Be well.

Thank you so much, Kimberly ❤ I have thankfully had a mild case and you’re so right: Harry Potter is like chicken soup for the soul! ?

We also just celebrated with children (well, 3 out of 6) and grandchildren. That’s actually the best kind of Christmas. And really? It’s how we do it every year. lol Time to take the decorations down, for me anyway. I want a (fairly) tidy house for the New Year. 😀 I hope you have a great week, Kim!

It’s good to see you were over the moon, you seemed stressed and tired lately. I hope your husband is doing fine after his surgery. Enjoy the holidays, enjoy your family, I wish you a happy end of the year 🙂
