For the month of July I listened/read seventeen books and hit 143/200 for Goodreads challenge. This week was hectic. I spent it trying to get caught up on work after being off for a week. The price of vacation. I feel like I am a hamster in a wheel. LOL Yesterday it rained and I was a total sloth. I’ve got a summer sinus infection. Be kind, where a mask and… Stay Caffeinated.

Sinus infections are terrible. In the summer? Eek, sorry Kimba. Sending you elbow hugs. Hope this is a great week! I’m super behind already, lol.

Yes- we always have to get caught up when we get to take a much-needed break. :/
Another good month of reading for you!
I hope your infection goes away quickly.
I hope you enjoy Deal With the Devil – I liked it and bet it will be good in audio.
    Happy Reading/listening!

oh the price of taking a vacation….hope you adapt to work easily this week. I hope you enjoy the Kit Rocha book, I have heard some fabulous things about it.

I always wondered if the stress of trying to catch up was worth the vacation on my first day or two back at work! Good luck on your hamster wheel! ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes, the vacation catch up is quite the bear. We rushed about all Saturday morning getting errands and outdoor chores done in time for our marathon rain. It has been raining since noon yesterday and supposed to hang around for two more days. I’ve been singing the flood song from Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day. ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice job on your monthly reading totals.

    Have a good August, Kimberly!

Sorry to hear about the sinus infection! Those are no fun. ๐Ÿ™
I hope you manage to get caught up after your break and this week is a lot easier.

I also picked up Deal With The Devil this week but on ebook, not audio. I’ve heard lots of good things so fingers crossed we enjoy it! ๐Ÿ™‚

That sound sound tough catching up on work after a week off and then it almost feels like you didn’t just have a vacation. Sorry to hear about your hectic week and sinus infection. I hope you feel better soon. Deal with the Devil sounds like a good one. I hope you’ll enjoy your new books and have a great week!
