Today is the last day of our vacation. We had a pleasant week, even if we stayed at home. On Wednesday, I got a sneak peek at the newest edition of our family. My oldest daughter is expecting a baby girl (Hazel) in December, and I went to the ultrasound. The Royals are excited about their new cousin. Everyone tested negative at the Royal’s Daddy house. Woot! So the kiddos are free to go back and forth once again. This week my youngest will be twenty-six. Where does the time go?

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and left a comment on posts while I was away. You rock! Stay Safe. Be kind and for goodness’ sake Stay Caffeinated.

I just love seeing a Kendra Elliott on your newly added shelf. I hear such great things about her work. Hope you are staying happy and safe through all this.

Ah humidity, how I hate it! It’s blistering hot here and sometimes the ac can’t keep up with it. I’m glad you had a quiet, good week off. And congratulations on Hazel. That’s exciting! We’ve had over 6000 cases of COVID this week alone but everything is staying open and I’m staying in. My nephew in Ky(the cop)just tested positive on Sunday after starting starting to feel bad on Saturday. He got tested again today. Still positive. He’s got symptoms so he’s wasting time with that! So that’s my news.

Congrats on the new baby – December will be here before we all know it! And I’m glad everyone is negative for COVID. Scary stuff. Happy Birthday to your youngest! Sounds like a lot going on, but I hope you had a nice vacay.

I’m glad you’ve been enjoying your vacation, even if a bit different from normal. We had a fabulous time away and it’s been hard to get back into everyday life and get the kids ready for school, which is going to be quite different this year. Congrats on the soon-to-be grand-baby and happy reading this week!

Glad you hear your family got the clearance through testing.
My daughter got clearance two weeks ago and one of our realtor friends got clearance this week after she had dinner with a friend who tested positive.
We continue to try to be safe in our office interactions.
The Silence looks good. I had eyed The Bone Jar several times so I will be interested in your thoughts.
Continue to stay safe and Happy Reading!

Huge congratulations on the latest addition to your family! I remember so clearly going to see the ultrasound for Frankie and then little Eliza – such a major moment… Glad the holiday was enjoyable. Sometimes going places can be more stressful than staying at home and just chilling. And I’m delighted everyone in the family is clear! Have a peaceful, healthy week, Kimberly:)
