I’m trying to listen to more audibles, but it’s been a bit hard. I have a few that I can’t get past whatsoever. I just started “The Institute” by Stephen King and hoping that it’s one of the better ones. I’m not the biggest fan of summer months, but will try to keep busy through books and audiobooks. We’ll see how that goes.

All new reads to me except the Rowling one.. though yet to read that one too…

Oh good! Your site is working. I couldn’t get to it the other day, probably because of my crappy internet. June is also my favorite month! I love it for the weather and the beginning of summer, my favorite season. 🙂

I apologize for not visiting lately. I don’t think I’ve visited any blogs for awhile except one for Sophia. I’ve been in a weird mood and just getting through the days. Still haven’t been out since March 7. Read 4 arcs and have only written 2 reviews-one of which was read awhile back. I might have to reread. I think I have a bad case of the “I don’t want to’s.”

Awe, no worries Lorna. I think we all have the funk. We are only going out when necessary ourselves.

I’m ready for all your audiobook suggestions. With all the stay at home time, my listening list has grown tremendously. It turns out, I listen to most of my books during my commute. I returned to work this week, so I’m starting to chip away at things again!

  6. MarthaE

I hope it will be a good June for all of us.
    Lots of pretty new covers.
    Enjoy your listening!

  7. Lover of Romance

Yes so EXCITED for June too….bring on the summer season!!! Hope its a great audio month for you. I hope you enjoy your new arrivals.

  8. Carole @ Carole's Random Life in Books

Emerald Blaze! I am not jealous – okay, I might be a little jealous. I do hope you enjoy all of your new books, Kimberly! I look forward to seeing your reviews for audiobooks all month long! Have a great week!

  9. Sophia Rose

Can’t believe May is over. Yay for #JIAM. I hope I get that next Ilona Andrews and I did get the latest Grace Draven. 🙂

    Have a good week, Kimberly!

  10. Lynn

You just reminded me I need to read more Ilona Andrews! I hope you will have a great June!

  11. Laura @ Library of Clean Reads

I just got back into audiobooks. I used to listen while communicating but I’m working more from home these days. So now I listen when doing mundane things, like folding laundry.

  12. Anne - Books of My Heart

Yay for #JIAM I’m jealous you have Emerald Blaze. I requested at both sites, denied at one and waiting on the other.

The weather here is turning warmer up to 90s this week but less rain and the next few days, including today are gorgeous. I hope you are getting some pleasant weather and doing well!

  13. Sophie

I am going to read your review on the Pirsoner’s Wife Kimberly as this one was on my radar!

  14. A Voracious Reader

I seriously need to get back to listening to audios. Ever since I stopped delivering the newspaper I just can’t seem to find a time. Ok, I could totally do it on the treadmill, so what I *really* need to do is get my fat ass back on it. lol

  15. sjhigbee

With everything going on, the year is sliding past at lightspeed – I love June, too – so long as the weather is lovely! So far this year, the weather has been unbelievable – hot sunny days at a time of year when we are normally still wearing woollies and looking at grey chilliness! Have a lovely week, Kimberly.

  16. Lola

I hope you will have a fun June with it being audiobook month. I only listen to about 1 audiobook a month, so I can’t really do any more focus on it, but I am glad I discovered audiobooks. Nice haul you got this week! Have a great week!

  17. RO

I wish I could say June was my favorite month, but I reserve that for August, which you know is the month of Leos. (lol) Hope you’re doing well and sending lots of air hugs to you and the family. RO

  18. Michelle@Because Reading

I can’t not believe it is already the end of May. I don’t know if this year is going slow or going too fast. I just has been such a intense year.

I hope you have a great week, Kim! Happy Reading! xx

  19. Deb Nance

I’ve come to enjoy audiobooks so much during the last few years. Audiobook Month sounds like a delightful time.

  20. Flora

I don’t know whether May flew by or really dragged, but, like you Kimberly, I’m looking forward to June too. I’ve got Broken Dawn by Dianne Duvall on pre-order (Kindle and Audible) so guess what I’ll be doing on the 16th! ?

Happy June! Hard to believe we’re here already… looking forward to your thoughts on network Effect. I still need to read it…

    Take care Kimba!
