Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.  See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

For V-Day we had the Royals as our plus two and took them to a swanky buffet dinner. They love going there and have been asking. It is always fun seeing them make selections and being amazed when they can choose not one but two desserts. Sophia had Italian wedding cake and ice cream with jimmies. Clayton chose lemon meringue pie and vanilla ice cream with jimmies. Stay Caffeinated.

Glad you had a nice Valentine’s Day. Ours was nice too. I went on a limb and picked out and bought a purse for my wife. I was nervous, but she loved it. Phew!

Happy Belated Valentine’s Day!!! Your dates sound adorable, and who doesn’t like buffets when you can get more than one dessert?!

Sounds like a fun night out with the Royals.
I’m going to be checking several of your reviews this week.
I plan to listen to the first Dread Nation soon.
Have a good week and Happy Reading!

    Hallo, Hallo Ms Kimberly!

Aside from doing a proper round up of everything I’ve been doing this January and February – I also talked about joining the Suzy Spitfire blog tour and my current audiobooks I’m listening to – a bit of a hodgepodge post where I get to update my readers about which stories are interesting me right now and which posts have been featured on my blog between January & February! I think I can finally get my groove back with #TheSundayPost, now!!

LOL, I have the same reaction as the kids when I get let loose in a buffet restaurant. 🙂 We went out with my husband’s sister and brother in law.

    Have a good week, Kimberly!

I’m glad your Valentine’s Day was fantastic! I see you are down the Annette Marie rabbit hole as am I. I’m glad to see you still reading the Alex Verus books. I love the narrator and I think they just got better and better.

Have a great week and happy reading!

  7. Rachel

Oh, I’m really looking forward to the newest Lady Darby installment! I binge read the series last month, and now only have the newest to read. Hope we both love it, Kimberly! 🙂

Aw sounds like you had the best Valentines! We barely acknowledged it, but that’s probably normal for a couple with an almost 5 month old… Right? We dressed Dante up in a Valentines outfit and gave each other cards. That was it lol.

    Have a great week!

Awww, sounds like a fun way to spend Valentine’s Day. I remember thinking buffets were pretty magical when I was that age. I was always amazed at how much food there was and at the idea that I could truly pick whatever I wanted, lol.

It sounds like you and the Royals had a lovely time out together – but I’m intrigued to discover what a jimmie is! Have a great week, Kimberly:)

Haaa to be young again and amazed at having two desserts!!!! Right? Have a wonderful Sunday (with as many desserts as you like) Kimberley!

Great to see you had a lovely meal out and that you have been as super busy as ever, reading and reviewing. I have to ask though what is ‘jimmies’? I don’t think we have them here in the UK or if we do we must call it something else. ?

  14. Greg

Aww fun! Sounds like the Royals had a good time sharing Valentine’s Day with you guys!

Have a great rest of the weekend!!!
