Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.  See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Christmas was a delight with the Royals but quiet once they left in the afternoon. I confess we all took naps! Mr. Caffeinated and I took them to the zoo on Thursday. We had a delightful time inside the Dome. It rained Saturday, all day and I spent the day catching up on reviews, cleaning up my laptop, Dropbox and updating profiles everywhere.

I had to add the consent checkbox to comments. I am hoping it slows the spam comments. When a username for your nether regions leaves a comment, you know you need to take action. Lord have mercy! ? ?Stay warm and Stay Caffeinated!

I had to do reinforcements to keep out spam recently too. I am glad you had a nice Christmas and Christmas naps are always welcome! It sounds like you have had some nice days out but it is good that you got to do some computer spring cleaning before the new year came in!

You had rain in December? We’ve had snow three times this month — which is very unusual for where I live in Colorado. I hope the new decade brings you health and wealth!

oh boy…..nether regions spam?? lol thats funny.

Sounds like you had a relaxing Christmas witn your family. Hope you have a great New Years and cheers to a great year for you in 2020!!!

I’m so glad you had a good Christmas.
It is awful how the spam picked up on comments.
Happy New Year and Happy Reading!

Glad you had a peaceful, enjoyable time, Kimberly. As for spam… I think the perpetrators should be hung by their thumbs, frankly. But that’s probably me being too Scrooge-like. The ones that always get me are those spam comments which ask me how I deal with spam! Really???

  6. ShootingStarsMag

Spam comments….craziness. I hope the check box will help keep those away!

I’m glad you had a nice Christmas and how fun you made it to the zoo with the Royals!

User name from your nether regions? Lol I’ve had so many things hacked lately so I can definitely relate. Glad you had a good Christmas. Mine was extremely low key this year. We had a merrier time yesterday with my friends family for their family Christmas. The zoo sounds like fun!

Spam comments are the worst. Hopefully you don’t get too many more of them. Glad to hear you had a good holiday. We spent time with family too. Things were quiet here except for the drama around my apartment complex.

? Yeah my Akismet is not catching as many spam as it used to. Those names that come through will make you blush though.

I’m glad you had a good Christmas. We spent the day with my in-laws and spent the eve with my family. It was busy, but nice to be able to see everyone. It was rather mild for Christmas though (70s!!!) so no ugly Christmas sweaters for us. Hope you have a great week ringing in the new year!

LOL, I napped a little between morning Christmas and Christmas dinner at the in-laws. We got all your rain in the night and this morning. Love sleeping to rain. LOL on your risque commenter.

Have a nice New Year’s week, Kimberly!

OMG you made me laugh so hard with your spam comment Kimberly! I am glad that you had a great Christmas! Itwas time that you had some fun.

I love the zoo there. They were one of the places which had white alligators. We were there one time, coming from Minnesota, and it turned out to be a member appreciation day. What I loved was they had all kinds of great zoo shirts on sale, all cotton, and we bought several. I will be listening to Risk It All this week.

It sounds like a nice holiday with a balance between activities and more personal time for naps and catching up. I wish you a lovely new year with peace and joy!

Glad to hear you had a great Christmas. Sounds like you’ve been productive too with cleaning up your Dropbox and updating your online profiles. I hope the checkbox helps limit the spam. Have a great week!

  14. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Glad you had a nice holiday! Mine was nice and quiet and I enjoyed myself. I got to take the last two days of the week off, so things were just so relaxing. I read and did a little shopping post holidays sales. It was good time. I’m not looking forward to tomorrow at all, lol.

Nice new read! That’s a new to me one but I am digging the cover. I hope you enjoy it!

I only get a spam comment once in a great while. Usually on a post that’s at least a couple of years old. wtf I’m glad you had a great Christmas. Here’s to a wonderful New Year! *raises mug*

I’m glad you had a nice, relaxed Christmas! But the spam comments sound annoying so I hope you’ve managed to sort them out. Spam comments are the worst.

Wishing you a happy new year 🙂

OMG yes I can see the spam problem. Honestly its outrageous! Naps are understood after a big event like Christmas and young ones. All the best for 2020, yes indeedy a new decade.

  19. Greg

Wow hard to believe 2019 is coming to an end! This year flew by, seems like. And a new decade!

“nether regions” lol. Spam is evil. 🙂

Glad you had a nice Christmas, and wishing you and yours a fabulous New Years!!
