I had a busy week, with the second phase of dental surgery, two events and lots of meetings. It kept me busy and my mind off our troubles. It also kept me from reading. I did listen to audiobooks, but I am hoping to get some reading in. In other news, a cold front has moved in and they are calling for snow on Halloween. ?Stay Caffeinated!

You’ve definitely been busy. Hope the second round of dental work went well and make sure to stay wrapped up and warm from all of the snow!
Tyler H. Jolley
How is your dental work coming along? The cold front has hit here in Colorado too. It is SO cold. No mountain biking for a long while.
Chanzie
oooh the Grimm Files looks good! Hope you get in some more reading time this week and recovery from the dental surgery is going well 🙂
Michelle @ Book Briefs
I can’t wait to see what you think of The Vine Witch 🙂
Happy Reading!

Okay October is just too soon for snow! I refuse lol!
I hope everything went well with the dentist, that’s no fun 🙁 Happy reading (hopefully).
MarthaE
I hope you are healing with minimal discomfort. I also hope you get nice snow and nothing that will infringe on a fun Halloween.
Nice mailbox. I snagged the Darynda Jones title too. Hope we both enjoy it.
Have a good week and Happy Reading!
Nise' (Under the Boardwalk)
Hope you are healing well after the dental work. This year I will be in sunny FLA for Halloween! I won’t miss the usual cold rainy weather we experience. Looking forward to the new Darynda Jones book.
Samantha
Its suppose to get cold here on November 1st. They were saying a possibility of snow, but now just cold.
Have a great week!
Angela (Angel's Guilty Pleasures)
Great book haul. Enjoy!
Maureen @ Maureen's Books
Snow? OMG.. I love snow but it feels way to soon!
I hope you’ll get some more reading in this week Kimberly!
Have a great week and happy reading!
Billy
I don’t want snow on Halloween!
Laura @ Library of Clean Reads
Ugh! I’m not ready for snow! We dont have that in our forecast yet up here in Montreal but it’s only a matter of time. I’m going to check out your review of The Art of Theft.
Sophia Rose
Yeah, we have snow flurries coming this week, too. Not unusual. 🙂
Hope you get in the reading time you want this week and glad last week was a whirl of business that kept you from the drearies. 🙂
shooting
I hope you are feeling better from your dental surgery!! And sheesh, snow on Halloween? It’s happened to me when I was younger but not in forever.

Ugh we have snow in our forecast too!! I always hated a coat over my costume as a kid. Lol. Now my little Cookie Monster will have to wear one too. Lol. Fingers crossed it stays away.
sjhigbee
Snow?? Oh no! That would be horrible for the poor little fairies in their wispy little costumes:(.
Flora
Bit late getting my Sunday Post online this month. 😉
You’ve had a very busy week but I’m glad that it’s taken your mind off your worries {hugs} and I can’t believe you might get snow on Wednesday!
I hope you have a great week and get the time to read some wonderful books.

Genesis @ Whispering Chapters
Dental surgery sounds like a major pain. I’m glad you got distracted, though!
Rachel
Oh dental work is never fun! Hope you get it over with quickly.
I’m curious about Daryda Jones’ new series! 🙂
Mary Kirkland
So are you all done with the dental surgery now? You did have an eventful week. I had a crazy week as well. I took a lot of police pictures yesterday and posted them today.
LORI CASWELL
I am so not ready for cold and snow and forecasts say it is going to be a bad year. Sending hugs your way!
Melanie Simmons
I hope that you’re done with dental work for a bit. I haven’t gotten much reading done either. Fall weather is here too. I really love this weather. Such pretty colors and cooler temps. I love having all my windows open.
Sophie
Kimberly that’s great to have your mind not focused on your problems but it’s a littel sad that a dental surgery has to do that! LOL Now I know your family visit was also heping so of course I am just joking. I just wish that what you are worried about would just magically disappear! It would be fitting this month’s magic 😉 Lots of positive thoughts coming your way anyway!
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
Wow, that’s a busy week! I hope you’re healing up well from the dental surgery. And snow on Halloween? Brrr!
Anne
I hope the dental surgery went well and now you are a bit more relaxed. The audiobooks were all I could do many days when I was moving. They kept me sane. Happy Halloween and no snow.
Anne – Books of My Heart
Shelleyrae @ Book’d Out
I’ve added A Bad Day of Sunshine to my wishlist!
I hope you get a chance to take a breath and read this week.
Michelle @Because Reading
Ouch ouch ouch! I am not a fan of the dentist but that is more because it’s so expensive and I don’t have insurance for it. 🙂 I hope you are feeling better!
We are getting the weird weather at the moment, it’s cold but sometimes warm but cold and today it’s raining and cold. I just want a normal weather pattern lol
Hope this week is awesome for you Kim! Happy Reading! xx
Yvonne
Good luck with the dental surgery. I hope you are feeling well. Have a great week!
Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction
I remember trick or treating in the snow some years when I was a kid. No fun! Hope your dental surgery went well!!
Jessica @ a GREAT read
Our temps are just finally dropping, but thankfully we’re still above freezing! I’m ready for cold but not snow yet. It seems we always just get extremes here, nothing in between and if we get random days that are in between, it usually means a chance of me getting sick because of the dramatic temperature changes! Lol.
Nice new reads! I’m kind of curious about Darynda’s new book though it’s not a paranormal mystery. I adore her writing though, so I might just be giving it a try anyway!
Happy Reading!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!

No snow yet over here but the temperatures sure have dropped! Perfect reading weather 🙂 Excited to hear what you think of Full Throttle.
Lillian @ Mom with a Reading Problem
We had snow one year on halloween. It was so cold trick or treating! Will be thinking of you this week with your surgery. Hope you can get some reading in!
Jan @ Notes from a Readerholic
Dental surgery doesn’t sound like fun, Kimberly, but I’m glad you found the silver lining that kept your thoughts away from your troubles. I hope you’re enjoying the W.R. Gingell series. She’s one of my favorite authors!
I also hope you get in some reading this next week. It’s going to be a cold week here, too. A great time to read, I hope!
Mere
Snow on Halloween. :0 That is super exciting! I hope your dental stuff goes smoothly & you get some time to read! It’s still 80 degrees here.
Stormi Johnson
We must be in line for the same cold front! Only bad thing is it will be raining for like two days before and then a chance of snow! I hope it doesn’t stick!!!!! Side note, glad I don’t have kids who want to trick or treat…lol.
Have a great week and happy reading!
Stormi
Suzanne @ The Bookish Libra
Snow on Halloween? That’s wild! I hope you are able to get some reading in this week and that your recovery from dental surgery goes smoothly.
Ailyn Koay
few more days to Halloween! Will you be meeting the Royals this year too?
Lola
I hope your dental surgery went well. Good luck with the cold weather. Here the weather’s been mild for this time of the year. That’s nice you got at least through some audiobooks this week.
Natalie @Natflix&Books
It always snowed on Halloween where I grew up. We’d have to wear heavy coats on top of our costumes. I’ve been eyeing up A Bad Day For Sunshine. It looks fun. Happy reading!
Tanya @ Girl Plus Books
Hope the dental surgery went well and the recovery is quick. And snow on Halloween… I can’t even imagine! 🙂
Deb Nance at Readerbuzz
Oh my! Snow on Halloween? The day they announce that it’s going to snow on Halloween here is a day we should all prepare for end times! There is actually a tropical storm out in the Gulf right now. Crazy!
Have a good week. I hope your troubles continue to sit on the back burner or get pushed off the burners completely.
A Voracious Reader
I hate when I’m busy and am kept from reading. Because I binged this week and now I have 7 reviews to write. Uggghhh. I hope this upcoming week is less busy with more reading for you, Kim!
Sarah
Hope all went well with the dental surgery, and you keep warm!
Laura Thomas
Snow! Wow. We are a little cool here but not that cold. I hope the surgery recovery is quick and here’s to a lovely new week, Kimberly:)
Nicci @ Sunny Buzzy Books
Snow on Halloween? No thank you! They can save that until mid-November at least! I love snow but Halloween and Guy Fawkes should be snow free for me. 🙂
I hope you get more reading in this week! Take care.
Linda @ (un)Conventional Bookworms
I hope all the dental surgery went well, and that it’s all behind you now!
It’s not really cold here yet, and the weather is great, with sun and clear skies, and the trees in every color.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.
Vi @Inkvotary
Here in Germany, the North got some snow forecast for the next days too. It seems very early but with the cold temperatures we are about to get after the weekend it kind of seems to make sense. So, why not having a snowy Halloween?
Amy
Sounds like you had a hectic week, I hope you get some downtime soon! Snow on Halloween sounds like fun but I’m glad it isn’t cold enough for that here.
Have a great week 🙂
Sumedha
Snow during Halloween would be fun! I hope you have a great week ahead 🙂
Greg
Oh no, not snow on Halloween! We had that a couple years ago, it was FREEZING and just a total drag! Hopefully you don’t get it too bad!
Have a good week Kimba! 🙂
Laurel-Rain Snow
I hope you have a great week, with books you love. Thanks for sharing.
Tabatha @Broken Soul Reviews
We are slowly dropping temp here too! We had a crazy “tropical storm” roll through today with NO warning; 70mph winds and all kids of stuff.. Had to rescue my daughter and dad from his truck after some trees fell on it on their way home! They are calling for a cold front on Halloween here, but man would I love snow! (just not until Christmas time!)
Siran
Halloween is still five days away
The weather forecast can change a lot between now and then.
Tressa @ Wishful Endings
We’re also dropping temps here. Finally. Although that just means low to mid 70s for us which is supposed to be the norm this time of year and my favorite kind of weather. I hope you don’t get snow yet so the grandkids can enjoy Halloween!
