Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.  See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Our guests departed on Wednesday and it was back to reality. We had a fantastic visit even if my husband was recovering from surgery and we have things weighing heavily on our minds. It was nice to have loved ones around to break bread with and converse with. The #FraferfestRAT was a success, even if I only managed one book and one audio. Now it’s time to gear up for the Ho-Ho-Ho Readathon! Stay Caffeinated!

I’m sorry to hear about your husband. I’ll keep your family in your thoughts. Have a good week and stay warm, or cool — ha ha this fall weather is wacky.

  2. Lorna

I’m glad you had a good visit. I hope the problems burdening you get resolved soon. I’m interested in seeing what you thought of Twice in a Blue Moon. My review posts Tuesday as well. Oh and I am glad your husband is okay!

  3. Lisa R. Howeler

I hope your husband is feeling better now. Visits from friends or family can always help tough situations feel a little better. Well, they sometimes can, I should say. Sometimes it makes it worse, but I’m glad it was good for you! You have some great books on that list! I need to add a couple of them to my ever-growing list!

  4. Heidi

I am glad you had a nice visit with loved ones. Sad that things are still so stressful. I hope they are getting better.

  5. Nicci @ Sunny Buzzy Books

Glad to hear your visit went well! I finished Fraterfest with only one book/audio read too. I’m super excited for the HoHoHo reada thon. I’ve a backload of festive ARCs to wade through so I’m hoping to do better than I did with Fraterfest!
