Hope you love Stranger Things, I know everyone is in love with that show. Need to grab it up one of these days. And oh boy…firework season. I am just grateful I live on the outskirts of the city near farmland so I don’t have to deal with that too much.,

Nice work on the reading! I’m actually hitting my goals this year too. I have a middle grade book releasing in September. I’m really happy about it. It’s been too long. Have an awesome week!

  3. Nicci @ Sunny Buzzy Books

I’m waiting until Wednesday to start Stranger Things S3. I don’t want my viewing binge to be interrupted by stuff, lol.

I’ve been really picky with my review copies/requesting this year so I could read more backlist/own books.

Fireworks have continued over here as well. You accomplished so much in June! Congrats Kim!!! Windy City Dragon looks good! I’m loving the book cover. Have a wonderful week! Happy Reading!

Yesss, Stranger Things! I think I have whiplash, though, because I kind of binged it too quickly? Also, my eyes MAY or may not hurt from staring at my screen too long but, uh, it was totally worth it! Haha. Also, can’t wait to hear your thoughts on The Bookish Life Of Nina Hill. I keep drifting off into some sort of excited daydream when it comes to that book? Like, that’s how badly I want to read it!

I have been reading more of my shelf/backlist, and they have been hits for me. I want to kick myself for sitting on these books for so long. Can’t wait to see what you thought about Nina Hill. I adored that book, so I hope you didn’t hate it.

I’m ready for the fireworks to be over! Ugh. I am hoping to enjoy more backlist and KU books as well!

Yes, the poppers continue. Just had the race track’s big extravaganza so hopefully it will settle down now that all the bigger festivals have had their fireworks’ shows and the stands are closing. 🙂
Way to go getting all your July releases done. I thought I was done, but forgot about an audio that was still coming. Shouldn’t be tough to whiz through that one- looks good. Enjoy all your shelfie books. I’ve got the same plans while I’m off on my summer trip. 🙂

    Have a good week, Kimberly!

Sorry to hear the fireworks still continue. That’s nice you got through 16 books in June, too bad about the DNF. I am doing the same thing with cutting a bit back on request and enjoying some books from my own shelf. Have a great week!

  11. Sophie

Sorry for the firewroks Kimberly! And thanks for the link to your post about tidying up and the deal on audiobook!

  12. Mary Reiss

126/200 You are amazing!! I am not that good. I have about 6 audios done so far maybe 8. I have not watched Stranger Things season 3 yet which is surprising for me. Usually, I am right on that binge-watching. I am waiting till I can devote the time to it as I just love it that much I want to watch all three seasons back to back! Have a wonderful week!

  13. Stormi Johnson

I was a little let down by Stranger Things 3, it just didn’t wow me like the first two and the ending! Though I have hopes all is not lost with the next season by watching through the end credits on the last one but still it ticked me off.

Have a great week and happy reading!

Ugh the fireworks. I feel like they’re being doled out as slowly as possible. Yes to Stranger Things. I’m trying to take it slow .and am 3 episodes in. Happy reading!

Ow wow.. you finished your July reviews! I’m so jealous! I’ve been feeling like I’m behind on everything lately. I keep getting everything ready on time.. but it feels like an effort at the moment. Hopefully it feel better soon when we’re at our new home!
    Have a great week Kimberly!

  16. Literary Feline

I am looking forward to the new season of Stranger Things. My daughter expressed an interest in it, but I think it still might be too scary for her. Sounds like you had a good June in reading! I hope you have a great week!

  17. Laura Thomas

I’ll be binging Stranger Things on Monday. And the fireworks are still going strong here too. Have a fabulous Sunday, Kimberly.

  18. Laurel-Rain Snow

Enjoy your week and your books. I can’t wait to read The Bookish Life of Nina Hill. Thanks for sharing and for hosting.

  19. Rachel

Glad you enjoyed Justified, too. It’s nice to set aside review books for some from the TBR. I need to make that a regularly scheduled thing. I’m going to check out the Audible Romance deal. Thanks for the info.

  20. Greg

The fireworks continue here too haha! I think the 4th of July has become a week long holiday now. 🙂

Yay for stranger Things! I’ve been binging…
