We are visiting Madeline Island situation on Lake Superior near Bayfield, Wisconsin and should be home early this week. We’ve booked a loft with a lakeside view and are exploring the national park via moped, foot, and water. I had a good week while my hubby was attending his conference, and have quite a few reviews to write when I get home. For now I am off to play! Stay Caffeinated!

I hope you have a great vacation. It sounds really fun, but relaxing too! I could use a little getaway myself…if only! LOL

Your vacation sounds lovely! Adding it to the list of places I might like to visit sometime. I prefer to spend summer vacations in cooler climes, and anything on Lake Superior probably qualifies (especially in comparison to hot, humid Virginia.) Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful time, and come back with lots of photos and good memories!

  8. Jessica @ a GREAT read

Oh nice! I’ve a mini vacation finally coming up in two weeks to Wisconsin. I have an aunt who lives up there near Cedarburg and I am hoping to attend the annual Strawberry Festival with her. It’s pretty fun and the weather is usually gorgeous compared to my weather in St. Louis! hoping all goes well that I can still go and the weather is perfect!

Nice new read! I haven’t heard of that one but I hope you enjoy it!

    Here’s my StS

Glad you’re enjoying the break. Any time I can be around water – river, pond, lake, ocean (much prefer oceans) I’m in my very happy place. Have fun for the rest of your time off.
