This is the final reading day for the #HoHoHoRAT and the Twitter party is today at 3:30 pm (EST) I had a blast reading, sharing holiday books and attempting all of the challenges. Yesterday my grandson the Royal Prince himself, stinky cast boy, turned two. It is hard to believe it has been two years since I witnessed his birth. Named after my late father, I adore this little guy and my heart swells every-time we are together.
You may have noticed I tweaked the comment box, placing it at the top so that you don’t have to scroll endlessly. I apologize for being an absentee Sunday Poster. I’ve got some things going on that have me swimming upstream without a paddle. Hugs to All! Stay Caffeinated.

‘Next week has been exhausting’ has me cracking up! I kind of feel like that at the moment. November has been such a busy month for me that I can’t even deal with it anymore xD Also, yay for his second birthday. Happy birthday to him ^.^ I love the new positioning of the comment box. Makes commenting that much easier 🙂
Melanie Simmons
I know how you feel about swimming up stream. Getting around to commenting and reading everyone’s post has been hard the past week or so. I hope you’re having a great holiday.
Lorna
Oh, I do like the comment place changing. And your random was funny too. Still so sorry for the prince. Can’t believe he’s two already! Sorry this is late. I stay so far behind commenting anyway but was in the road ten hours Sunday. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Karen
I just found out my youngest niece turned 13. I guess I didn’t allow myself to think she was that old lol
I’m excited to join the giveaway hop this week!

Thank you for repositioning this box. I like its new place. Two years old? Oh boy. that age full of personality. My nephew is three and it’s like the new two’s which I’ve heard before when my youngest was a toddler. I bet you spoiled your grandson plenty for his birthday.
I may try to get a post up today, a belated book one; we’ll see.
Katherine @ I Wish I Lived in a Library
How is the Royal Prince 2?? Wasn’t he born like a few weeks ago? It’s just madness how quickly time has passed. I love the comment box change! I scroll back and forth to recheck parts of the post a good bit and this makes that so much easier. Hope you’re having a great week!

I can’t believe my daughter is going for her driving test tomorrow! It seems like yesterday she was a toddler running around the house. I’m off to read your review of ICE. Enjoy your new books!

Congratulations on the Royal Prince’s second birthday – where has the time gone? I hope that he is on the mend and that cast isn’t causing too many problems. Have a good week, Kimberly.

I hope the Royal had a great birthday! It goes by so fast. Have a wonderful week Kim.

What a joy to see your royal price turn 2! And I feel you on the posting. I missed last Sunday and pushed it to Monday because of travel. Today I’ll get around to it, but next week will be tough with the holidays! It’s always tough to keep up this time of year. <3
Chloe @ Its YA Girl
I am loving the winter flurry on your blog! Excited to read all the Christmasy reviews on your blog from this week!

Next week has been exhausting. Actually this next week will be good for us as we are not going anywhere or doing anything but cooking good food, relaxing, and reading. I might actually have time to get to sewing or knitting which is great for audiobooks.
I don’t know how you manage all you do, plus you have the Twitter Party. Everything in moderation.
Happy birthday Prince! Anne – Books of My Heart
Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard
I’m sorry you’re “swimming upstream without a paddle,” as you put it. I hope things get easier soon — either someone hands you a paddle or gives you a tow. Or pulls you to shore! Apropros of which, your Totally Random made me laugh. I feel like that some weeks, too. (Probably this one, come to think of it.)
Happy birthday to the little prince!
Mary Kirkland
Happy birthday to your grandson.

Hope you have a happy Holiday!!

Happy Birthday Little Guy! I can’t believe he is already two! 🙂
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving. I need to ask you how to do the comment on the top, I want to do that and keep forgetting to ask people how. 🙂
Enjoy the week, Kim! Happy Reading! ox

It really has gone by quickly. I remember your hospital baby picture.
Yes, HoHoHoRAT has been a blast this year. I loved my books and the games, the visits, and the posts I’ve seen. Everyone did a great job bringing it together. I’m trying to finish up one more book under the wire.
Great idea to move the comment box. Very handy!
Hopefully your off the grid activities will slow down for you. Have a great week and good Thanksgiving, Kimberly!
Sophie
Well Kimberly I love your expression “swimming upstream without a paddle” because that imagery is so accurate! Now of course that’s less fun when you have too much on your plate but …. Anyway don’t feel guilty and enjoy your Sunday!
Mary @StackingMyBookShelves!
Oh god, are we already thinking of next week? I am exhausted already. I really am. I lost almost 3 days because of the snow. Got stuck at my brothers. Ughh what a mess. Plus I am almost to finals week. Which is great but bad at the same time. I am going to check out a few of your reviews. I miss them. Have a wonderful Sunday!

I am happy to hear you had a fun time with the readathon, I didn’t participate, but I did read one Christmas novella already. Happy birthday to the prince. I hop he’s doing well with the cast. When can the cast finally go off?
I scrolled to the bottom and thought the comment box had disappeared, until I located it at the top, lol. Have a great week!

Happy Birthday to Prince Clayton!
I know how you feel. I’ve been paddling against the current with only my hands all year. It sucks. A lot. I’m ready for 2018 to just be over already. I hope you have a great week, Kim.
Tonyalee
Wow two! I can’t believe it’s been two years. They grow so fast huh?!
I hope I can make the twitter party!
Jessica @ a GREAT read
It’s amazing how much time flies when you watch the little ones grow! My niece will be turning 10 next month and I’m like what happened to the sweet baby girl I used to know? She’s already breaching on her preteen years with a teenage attitude! I don’t envy my sister right now! Lol.
Nice new reads too! Totally new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!

Happy Birthday to The Royal Prince! Time really does go fast. I hope you have fun at the Twitter party. I do love reading holiday books, but I haven;t had as much time for them as I hoped but I still have time 🙂 Strawberry Hill looks really good. I’ll have to add that to my list. Hope you have a great week!

Saw the cover for Catherine Anderson’s “Strawberry Hill,” and I can’t get the Beatles’ “Strawberry Fields” out of my head (smile!).

Two years? WOW, I remember it very well too, and can’t believe time goes so fast. Happy birthday to C 🙂
Have a wonderful Sunday, and a peaceful Thanksgiving week.

“Next week has been exhausting” is something I can totally relate to right now! My twins will turn two this month! They’ve recently discovered biting, so we’re dealing with that, haha. I hope you have a wonderful week! I’ve had fun participating in the #HoHoHoRAT even though my sick kids made it nearly impossible to read.
Lindsi @ Do You Dog-ear?

My son’t birthday is next week and he’ll be 24! I still see him as that little bundle of joy that nestled in my arms. LOL Love that random quote. So true. Here’s to calmer times this coming week.
