Start a new Easter tradition with Peep on a Perch--the PEEPS® plush and picturebook boxed set the whole family will love!

Step aside, Elf--Peep on a Perch is the newest holiday tradition around! Peep on a Perch is a book and plush boxed set that makes the perfect Easter gift. The storybook, perfect for boys and girls ages 3 to 7, tells how the Easter Peep assists the Easter Bunny every year. The adorable Easter Peep helps decorate eggs and fill baskets, and sees all the acts of kindness a child does in the days and weeks leading up to Easter. The soft plush Easter Peep included in the set can be perched anywhere throughout the home. Children will be proud to have the Easter Peep watch them being good all day as they get ready for bed without making a fuss, help out around the house, and use good manners. And the more kindness the Easter Peep sees, the happier the Easter Peep gets! PEEPS® fans of all ages will love to make this a new Easter family tradition.

Peep on a Perch is a cute take on Elf on a Shelf and the book comes boxed with a plush yellow Peep. The book encourages children to help, share and be kind as the Peep reports directly to the Easter Bunny. The book hints that children who are good might get an extra treat or colored egg in their basket. Sophia took to this idea immediately, but also enjoying spotting the peep throughout the book. One page featuring the family at dinner didn’t have the Peep perched anywhere and this was quite distressing. We’ve read the story several times, and while we haven’t done anything to encourage that the Peep is watching, she has taken to doing random chores within its sight. The pages are beautifully illustrated and feature the Peep logo prominently. All in all, this was a cute Easter book.

Around here Paw Patrol is a pretty big deal, so spending time with Chase, Sky, and Ryder created excitement. Count on the Easter Pups shows the pups getting ready for an Easter celebration and teaches counting along the way. Sophia’s favorite page was filled with hidden Easter Eggs that she had to find. I love that this is a board book and perfect for Clayton (1 years old) as well. For fans of Paw Patrol, this is a win for their Easter basket.

Runaway Baby Brother by Katy Hudson is the follow-up book to Runaway Egg but works on its own. This beautifully illustrated story shares older brother’s frustration at having his new baby brother tag along. The story is a familiar one with adorable fuzzy chicks. As the story progressed we see the older brother become more frustrated at having his little brother tag along. He needs attention, cannot keep up and gets into mischief. Having had enough big brother wonders off and spends a glorious, peaceful afternoon alone. As night begins to fall, he becomes fearful of being alone. This is of course when baby brother appears and big brother realizes maybe the little guy isn’t so bad. I loved the message and Sophia loved the pictures that accompanied the story.

How adorable. These make perfect presents for the so many friends with tiny toddlers running around 🙂

OMG, how cute…Peeps on a Perch. I love it. Amazing cute. We still like Paw Patrol. We are a little older so these books don’t apply to us but when I come across one I do read it. I am glad you review these tho. People should have variety and it’s good to read to kids. I always read to mine and they are better off for it. We love Pat the Bunny when they were really young. Oh take me back. (I am getting teary)
