Aack! You can’t mention Christmas! I’m not even ready to think about Halloween yet! I wouldn’t mind some cooler weather though so I guess I can get used to it! Thanks so much for the mention! I had such a good time with that post! Have a great week!

I voted for Christmas Day. At least for me, I don’t mind since I always have my post ready since Friday’s 🙂
I’m thinking of joining the readathon!!
Ooh I can’t wait to read your review for The Hating Game, since I know Christy and Nick both loved it. I loved For Better or Worse!!! I hope it was a great read for you as well!

  3. Greg

Yay bring on Christmas!! Are the songs on the radio yet?? Okay ducking as a flurry of snowballs come my way… just kidding! Seriously though I can go either way, I voted Skip but if there’s a linky that’s cool too! Thanks for the pumpkin latte BTW- I’ll be mainlining those all fall lol.

Liked your reviews this week of the Invisible Library books- I need to get to book 2. And Feedback looks good- I may read those as I’ve been dabbling in Mira grant’s stuff and liking it.

Yeah, I would think skip, since it is a crazy time of year, but if they vote to post, we can just visit later in the week.
You need to read the Newsflesh trilogy (first 3 books first) before Feedback, while it is a different team there are tons of spoilers for newbies. I friggin’ love Grant’s books.

  4. Natalie

Oooo have fun in the pumpkin patch! I guess it is that time of year now – where has 2016 gone?!

Also, I voted to skip the Christmas day post. I’ll be skipping it even if it’s posted because I won’t be online more than likely.

I will be stopping back around to read your The Invisible Library review. Next week you have all sorts of things I am curious about. As always, erI love Nona’s corner. I hope you had fun at the pumpkin patch! Have a marvlous week. 🙂

I’ve voted for the break at Christmas but that’s being selfish as I usually take a few weeks off at that time as well…

I’ve got your ‘The Perfect Girl’ review still marked as unread in my list and looking forward to seeing what you thought.

I always take the last two weeks, or until Jan 3rd or 4th, however the Monday falls. I usually post my top tens, what I am looking forward to and the like.

  7. Michelle

I hope you have fun out at the pumpkin patch! It’s still too summer-y here for that. We had our annual Gold Rush festival in town yesterday and it was unbelievably hot. I am ready for it to cool off just slightly.
I vote for Christmas day. I’ll be up late on Eve anyway, so I’ll have time to link up before heading to bed. I just won’t have time to comment until the next day.

I hope you have an awesome week!

Our weather is mild today 78. This is for my husband’s company, so the place is closed to public. They feed us, gives us bucks to spend and the train ride is free. So it’s nice, because during season it is sooo crowded!

  8. Got My Book

On Tuesday I will be publishing a post on how to do a weekly wrap up post (it will be a Bloggiesta Mini-Challenge). I will be mentioning your meme as one they can link up to. If you have any tips you would like to share, feel free to comment on my Sunday Summary before Tuesday or the challenge post after Tuesday.

    • kimbacaffeinate

The biggest tip I can offer for doing any weekly meme, is to set up the draft for next week, on the day your weekly meme posts. This way you can add to it all week. Putting one together ;;last minute can be stressful.

Gah, I can’t decide what to vote in the poll, I’m so torn! Lol. I love blogging so much now that a part of me does kind of want to post and say hi to other bloggers even though it’ll be Christmas.

I’ve never participated in a read-a-thon, but yours actually does sound kind of fun 🙂 I’ll have to see if I have any winter-y books on my TBR!

    Have a great week 🙂

Right. This is why I asked…I felt the same way. But as I am always on vacation that week and don’t visit or comment I figured it was better to ask you all.

  10. Literary Feline

Once September comes it feels as if Christmas is right around the corner . . . It usually does come that fast too. I went ahead and voted. I will be happy no matter the outcome. I am not sure I will be able to post that day as I will have a house full of company, but you never know . . .

I hope you have a great week, Kimberly! I’m just hoping to survive the week at this point. LOL

  11. Tressa

I’m curious what your thoughts will be with It Ends with Us and I’ll be reading Stalking Jack the Ripper soon for a tour, so hopefully you liked that one too. 🙂

Christmas… I have a Christmas -themed book I’ll be reviewing Monday and it’s too early for me. November I’m good with. I think either post on Christmas Eve or skip it. I didn’t vote because I lie between those two.

    Anyway, have a great week!

Ow Christmas.. How I love that holiday. I love summer also, but I can’t wait for Christmas.

Oh the Sunday Post falls on Christmas this year, I can’t remember that ever happening before. I just voted :). Have fun at the pumpkin patch with your kids and Sophia! Have a great week!

LOL. It is for my husband’s company. The place doesn’t open officially until later, so we get the joint to ourselves. They feed us, give us bucks to spend and things like the train are free. It is so nice not to deal with the madness of the crowds.

  15. A Voracious Reader

You said the “C” word! Gah! lol I was looking through my calendar and didn’t even notice that Christmas falls on a Sunday this year. In fact, I was thinking just yesterday that I’ll need to get my Halloween decorations out soon, so Christmas is not even close to being on my mind. 😀 Have fun at the pumpkin patch! I’m going to wait until cooler weather to get our pumpkins.

This is a work event for hubby, and place is closed to public. They feed us, give us money to spend and we avoid the huge lines and!

  16. Natalie

It’s so hard to think about Christmas when it is still literally 100 degrees where I am. I’m definitely ready for fall ans cooler weather. Hope you have fun at the pumpkin patch!

Funny you should mention Christmas. I just had a few review requests for Christmas books and I thought it couldn’t be possible to already have Christmas books, but it is. I’ll have to give it a little bit more thought before I vote for the post, though. I always schedule to post in advance so I don’t really think it will matter one way or the other to me.

Have a great time at the Pumpkin Patch today. Sounds like fun. Have a great week!

  18. Jan

Enjoy the pumpkin patch! So fun to do when you have little ones. And so glad you’re doing Ho-Ho-Ho readathon again. You got some good books this week. I really like the cover of The Reader and the book sounds good.
Have a fun day and good reading week.

Pumpkin Patch sounds fun! I can’t wait to take the kids apple and pumpkin picking. I voted on no Sunday Post since I wont have one anyway. I usually set mine up early but it will be to crazy to host christmas and work on the blog that week.
All this talk about Christmas and I now want to watch Hallmark Christmas Movies 🙂
Have a great week, Kim! Happy Reading! ox

It’s so hard to believe that 9-11 happened 15 years ago. It feels like it was just yesterday. I remember where I was when I heard about it and the feelings. Wow.

And I just was talking about Christmas yesterday! lol. My husband was talking about a dear friends daughters wedding coming up next summer. I told him we can think on it later, I need to get through Christmas first! lol.

    Have a great week!

  21. Berls

Ooh that’s a tough one. I went back and forth between skipping and posting as usual. I don’t want the early one, because I’ll be too crazy. But I’m thinking that Christmas day, I probably will have some time – we tend to celebrate Christmas Eve more than Christmas day. So I voted post as usual, but I’m really fine with either.

Have fun at the pumpkin patch – it’s so great your taking Princess Sophia. We never went when I was little and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.

I usually unplug the last two weeks of the year and just enjoy. I just schedule the posts ahead, so it doesn’t matter to me. Those two week unplugging recharge me 🙂

  22. Tiffany

I need to see what Christmas stories I can find, but I think I may participate. In fact, I still have one of the books I downloaded for last year’s. Doh! It sounds like y’all are in the Fall spirit. The closest I’ve gotten is ordering a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks. However, I think I like the new Chile Mocha Latte more. It’s so good! I think Fall will officially begin for me when Trader Joe’s starts stocking their pumpkin spice coffee. I couldn’t find any last weekend, so I’m going to look today. Enjoy the pumpkin patch!

  23. Stacy Renee

I’ve been so into the idea of Halloween coming up but in the back of my mind I’m super excited for Christmas. I never really cared about it much before my daughter was born but now I can’t help but get into it. I’ll admit that I had a hard time choosing for your poll. I wouldn’t have time to get on and visit other blogs on Christmas morning but I’d have no problem scheduling and linking up (probably).

The holidays are so much fun with little ones. Ha…I think we are all going to post, but visit no one…haha. I will be curious to see how the poll ends up.

  24. Charlie

Have fun at the pumpkin patch! I am thrilled to have actual weekends with the man for this month, so hopefully we’ll go to a pumpkin patch, too!

    • kimbacaffeinate

This is why I take the last two weeks off and unplug Ali…plus Clayton will be here at the end of November and I know this Nonna will be busy loving him 🙂

  25. Tyler H. Jolley

Voted. You are seriously, the most considerate blogger out there. 🙂
Dude, I seriously cannot believe it’s been 15 years since 9.11.01 I’ll never forget that day.

  26. Lark

I voted for posting links on 12/24. And I agree with Tyler on your awesomeness and consideration.

I hope you had a great time at the pumpkin patch. It doesn’t feel like pumpkin time yet to me — it was 90-something here on Saturday! Luckily it has cooled down into the high 70s/low 80s today. Now off to sign up for HoHoHo.

    • kimbacaffeinate

This was a private party for my hubby’s work. The patch doesn’t officially open for another two weeks. We did have a blast, it was in the mid 70’s.

    • kimbacaffeinate

The voted ended up being a one vote difference between not and I shall have the linky up. Yeah, I take those two weeks off, and post my top ten posts, most anticipated, year end post results etc.
